Mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och effektiv personal i receptionen. Servicen i restaurangen var olika beroende på vem som arbetade. Det var speciellt en kille som var otroligt proffsig, snabb och serviceminded medan det vid andra tillfällen var lite sämre service.
Överlag så är jag supernöjd med min vistelse då personalen verkligen vill ge bästa service. Jag blev t.o.m. tillfrågad om jag ville byta rum då några hantverkare fixade något utanför mitt rum och då var de inte ens högljudda. Mycket gästvänligt gjort.
Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotel.

They did not have liquor license . So no cocktails . Food was average . Just a convient place to sleep near airport

The hotel is very convenient for Kochi airport, just a 5 minute ride away. The hotel offers a complimentary pick up and drop off service, which we found very useful.
The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable.
The big plus for recommending this hotel is its staff.
Every single one of them is amazing. They are all without exception genuinely kind, friendly and really made our stay very enjoyable. A big thank you to Issac in the lounge who looked after us really well. We will definitely return to this hotel when we next visit Kochi.

I stayed here for just a night. I noticed when I flipped my pillow over that it had stains all over. Not sure how long it had not been cleaned. Unfortunately not too many choices if you want to stay somewhere decent near Kochi airport…

This is the second time we stayed with courtyard Marriot Cochin for one night from 13/02 to 14 /02. Terrible experience in terms of breakfast service. The breakfast service supposed to start at 6:30 am but unfortunately there was no staff member to seat us at 06:30 when we present ourselves at the entrance. There was a staff member setting up the buffet and he pretended not seen us and continued working with buffet, after a while another male staff member rocked up from the kitchen and seated us. The buffet was not fully functional even at 06:45am. We started our breakfast but no one seemed to be providing us service. I had to approach one of the staff member to place order omelette and tea. I waited around 20 mins for the omelette because the waiter was not placed the order on time. We could not have that omelette because it was terrible and runny.I complained to a lady who was in a grey suit and she was unsure what to say to me.
It is fair to expect premium service for a premium price. You are an airport hotel so you need to be punctual
Anyway never again with courtyard Marriot.
