We stayed for 3 nights, the first room provided had a very strong smell and we got changed to a new room straight away. The room was okish, a bit old and not the cleanest. The breakfast was quite abundant with asian food and some western food as well. They also provide the option of breakfast boxes for no extra cost which I found really nice. The main issue was the constant loud from other guests at all times which made the quality of sleep so poor.

The best part is the location. The location is near famous street in Malang. You can find a lot of restaurant, cafe, souvenir shop and groceries shop walking distance from the hotel.

While i agree that the location is OK, near to Malang Station. It's not spacious even for two people. Not recommended for more than 1 because it's not spacious for travellers. Also, when i asked for Iron + board, the hotel says they don't provide it. if you want , they have service for that and you must paid for it. so much for 3 or 4 stars hotel.

Overall is okey just the parking should be more easy to go in and out without having to wait for another vehicle to move for us to go out

Telpon off & report to Reception but NO follow up till c/o. Many SEMUT on the table & BABY KECOAK around the room at nigh especially "KAMAR MANDI" Bed Covernya very dirty BROWN.🤭🤭 upon c/i he taken my ID and never return to me till I remember & back to Reception👎 so what happen if I forget.
