It’s a bit remote from downtown however the service including breakfast & room space were excellent, must try the fish & it’s flavorful enough to enjoy it with some bread~ Moreover, it’s just nearby the harbor to the Curonian Spit National park, incredible view with convenient route~

From my point of view that's the best hotel in Klaipeda if you come to work or just 1-2 days stop in your trip. It's really cheap, clean with nice breakfast and if you want you can have a couple of drinks at the bar.

Came over on the ferry from Kiel and the hotel was perfect for me as it was conveniently just a short walk from the Ferry Terminal , friendly staff who spoke English and a lovely clean room with a great view of the port area , breakfast was ok not amazing but it was free and did the job , the hotel looks like it’s had a renovation as it’s so clean and new , would definitely recommend if your visiting klaipeda 🇱🇹

Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Bei unserer Ankunft gabs nichts mehr zu essen. Das Zimmer wurde während zwei Übernachtungen nicht gemacht. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Fähren-Terminals. Hotel-Personal hat Verbesserungs-Potential.

This was the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Staff friendliness has improved since past visits but the food has gone down. The menu is the same as it was 12 months ago which is minimal in choice, but the quality of the food has become poor. The hot food for breakfast is usually 30mins late coming out and is not hot at all. Bacon, sausages and beans were cold every morning. Rooms are still very clean. Something to be aware of staying in this hotel is how close it is to the train line to the port. Rooms on the seaward side will be subject to the banging and crashing of trains from 10pm and well in to the early hours.

The location is not the prettiest on the outskirts, however for us arriving by ferry it was really convenient, very close to the new ferry terminal as well. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and there was a very good breakfast. Overall very good and excellent value for money.

From start to finish we had a wonderful stay, the staff was super helpful, the room clean and comfy, excellent location and I would go as far as saying one of the best hotel breakfasts we ever had - everything was right up our street. Unbeatable value for money.

It is situated in a very industrial area, the rooms are the most bleak and soulless rooms that I have ever experienced. The colour scheme is grey and white. There are two chairs in the room (like kitchen chairs) there is no sofa or armchair. There is no storage in the bathroom, there is one container with shower gel / shampoo in the shower. No conditioner supplied. So disappointing for those of us who need to use conditioner on our hair. The curtains are very poor quality, they don’t block out the light. No shower cap is provided, there is no tea and coffee making facilities. There is air con which works but there is no safe in the room. Breakfast was ok, a reasonable selection of hot and cold foods.

Great 3* Hotel near the Centre of Town by the Harbour. Nice Rooms, which are extremely clean. Bedding Clean, bed comfortable. Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner available at the Hotel Restaurant. Extremely friendly helpful staff. For me little disabled its a quiet walk of say 15/20 minutes to the AKROPOLIS Mall. I use this Hotel when I visit Lithuania, always EXTREMELY SATISFIED with service.

I stayed at the hotel for a week whilst on a business trip. I found most the staff to be cold and unfriendly, one particular male receptionist quite rude and it was obvious he didn't want to be there. On a positive note, the hotel is very clean, rooms are a decent size, beds comfortable and the food at the restaurant for dinner is very good and presented well. Although a small menu, everything I ordered was excellent and not expensive. Breakfast was ok and a buffet type, nothing special but had enough variation for most people. I would stay there again 100%, its a very reasonably priced hotel, clean and with good food, the grumpy staff didn't really bother me, but it may bother some...

Nice modern hotel with easy access to downtown via bus and immediately adjacent to the ferry. Only complaint is that walls were not insulated sufficiently. Felt like I heard everything on my floor all night long. Good breakfast and competent staff.
