Very easy and simple check in process, room as expected , good amenities, spacious, fairly small bathroom. Great value for money

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! the first time i experienced bed bugs was in a £2.50/n hostel in indonesia. the second time… in this £90/n “3 star” hotel! and this time was so much worse because there were so many of them and massive!! they got on to my bags and belongings and i ended up spending 2 days washing all my clothes and treating all my belongings instead of sightseeing in the city.  i made a formal complaint to the receptionist the next day and they encouraged me to report it to the melbourn city health authority because apparently mine wasnt the first case.  the city health authority did a spot check on them the day i checked out and since then, the hotel had refused to release my $100 room bond and ignored my emails.  they are truly ridiculous, the physical irritation and mental stress they put me through. holiday ruined.  SO DO NOT STAY THERE AND BE THE NEXT VICTIM!

I booked this hotel near to my daughter as a last night in Melbourne. Looked at the pictures but not the reviews. When I walked into the room it was awful.  We went back down to ask where the room in the picture was but the man on reception couldn’t help us. We asked several times to speak to his manager, but he said she was in meeting . No I wouldn’t stay here again The first picture is what is advertised the next 3 are the room we were given!

Nice hotel, nice staff and nice view

The apartment was so bad. There are so many cockroaches in the apartment. They were everywhere: bed, fridge, floor and even my child’s bottle!

room not as good as picture shown, not the same not clean , but have alot utility , stove ,oven,microwave ,cutlery ,toaster only one ac but not in bedroom ,very uncomfort when sleep

When we arrived to check in, we couldn't get into our allocated room because the key card wasn't working and so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was good. When we arrived inside, the rooms were clean and all made up well. So that was good. My criticisms are that they were very stingy with the toiletries, shower wash, shampoo etc and also damage that was visible in the apartment had been patched up with duc tape, for eg the edge of a kitchen bench or just left, like swollen timber trim in the bathroom or damage to walls , carpet etc. In all , it was quite cheap and well located near the CBD and we only stayed a night and so it served its purpose. However I feel if the damage was repaired properly, and there were proper toiletries, it would have been a much better experience .

Was happy with this room clean and well kept. Unfortunately had bad experience I extended my stay or so I thought I had as the reception said I had. They called me the next day as I was “late” checking out. Told they would pack my things up as I hadn’t booked another night and they had no space. They lost or didn’t pack some of my items and now can’t find them. Told it’s my responsibility even though they were the ones that packed my things because I needed to check out. Not very gd service at all.

Nice location. Easy access to any attractions in town. All within walking distance. Friendly staffs and good environment. Second time staying here after 2019. Still as good as before. Recommended if your are on a budget trip. Worth the price.

I had a disappointing experience. The room was extremely small and congested, nothing like the photos advertised. The air conditioner was oddly placed on the floor next to the sofa bed, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The soap dish in the shower was broken, adding to the inconvenience. The swimming pool was located in a separate building and reeked of garbage due to trash near the entrance. To top it off, many of the gym equipment were out of order. Overall, a very unpleasant stay—I would not return.

Room and facility is okay, it’s look old but clean. Good for short stay 1-2 night because it’s cheap

Property did not seem same as picture, however, I loved what I received. This was 2 bedroom apartment with in build kitchen and television area. Just opposite to trams

Been most enjoyabke , good location , nearby alot conveninece stores, eateries , shopping, walk 2 stops anc hop onto free tram zone around cbd area.

Good environment, Friendly staff. Clean and hygienic room.
