Black mold, nothing open, water park closed, indoor pool closed and hot tub, outdoor pool full of pine needles and super far from resort rooms, bowling ping pong and shuffle board all closed at 9 pm as well as the bar so there was absolutely nothing to do for older teens or adults at the resort after 9. All the restaurants were closed except for 1. The rooms are run down the appliances didn’t work, the tvs ran off Internet that kept dropping, staff was not friendly or helpful in any way. My son left his sunglasses and hat in the one rec room when it closed and went down the next day to get them and they were gone. Security was no help at finding them considering the room was not open to public yet. Not to mention our floor had no security door and they were left hanging open for any and all animals to come on it! It was the worst resort we have ever stayed at! Would never recommend and would have given it no stars if that were an option. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

酒店服務不錯，但是房間真的一樣難盡，房間不小但是沒有窗子像關緊閉一樣，空調調不了，帶着孩子定了兩個床的結果衹有一個床，人家説客廳有兩個沙發床可以睡，非常的熱，住了一晚像是烘培了一晚一樣難熬，第二天起來嘴皮全爛了. 酒店設施非常陳舊. 水上樂園是單獨付費.
