Wir leben im Zentrum von London und haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Es handelte sich um einen Katalog nicht funktionierender Geräte, vom Aufzug, WLAN, Minibar, Klimaanlage usw. Das Team war kooperativ, konnte aber nicht viel tun, und um das Ganze abzurunden, checkten wir schon beim Frühstück aus wird ab 8:30 Uhr serviert und wir konnten trotz Bezahlung kaum auf ein reichhaltiges Frühstück warten, da der Prozess zu spät beginnt. Das Anwesen war in Trümmern und weder das Geld noch die Mühe wert. Ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt! Ich werde es anderen nicht empfehlen.

Hotel don’t have proper basic things - electric kettle main water tab was not working
no tea bags
rooms were not dry properly they need training for there staff.

The electricals sockets were about to fall
out. It’s very noisy the rooms noise cancellation is very poor and you will loose your sleep as the hotel is very near to the road

Stayed one night on a business trip. Hotel has all the things you need. The ac was not very effective and fan regulator doesn't work- all or nothing. Shower curtains needed. Staff is very polite and helpful. Place is clean.

There was a smell in the room. Lift was dirty and bad smelling but food was good. Bathroom was so short to have a bath

Staff of hotel is quite cordial, but menu of breakfast can be improved with some south indian dishes as well. Policy of hotel not to allow guests in room appears not so good. Towels in rooms are too old. Rest was everything ok
