I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service we received at this hotel. My elderly mother traveled all the way from China to Johannesburg and then to Windhoek, and the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and safety. They arranged a seamless pickup upon her arrival and a timely drop-off the following day, which made her feel incredibly supported throughout her journey. She raved about the excellent service, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and accommodating place to stay!

Excellent service, great restaurant, perhaps offer a range of steaks that aren't so HUGE! (all were ＞450g) I consequently chose something else, which was excellent!

Ich war schon einmal hier und der Hauptgrund war in der Nähe des Flughafens, in einem sicheren Komplex, Zugang zu Restaurants usw. im Kaiserpalast. Zimmer sauber und ordentlicher Standard, Frühstück gut und Personal bereit zu helfen. Insgesamt gut und würde wieder hier übernachten

Everything was Good. Pick up from the airport in a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room small but neat, Good for just 1 night. For longer I would have choosen a larger room with a fridge. Nice facilities on the premises for eating out and shopping. Interesting exhibition on the history of democracy in SA.

The pool area was a highlight,beautifully maintained with a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a long day of travel. And the food? Absolutely amazing! From breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for both business travelers and those just passing through Johannesburg.
