All was bad. Don’t do it to yourself! Save yourself!

Бронировали делюкс, во первых заселяли очень долго, приезжали али в 12 ночи, пока ждали нас искусали комары ресепшн на открытом воздухе, было жарко, дали нам номер просто ужасный вонючий, с муравьями на подушках, ящерица прямо в номере. Комаров куча. Холодильник и сам номер ужасно воняли. И был вовсе не делюкс, а самый стандартный номер. Мы стали просить делюкс, нам объяснили что то что на сайте бронируем может быть не соответствие, вообщем лапшу на уши вешали, дали нам такой же рядом номер, хотя бы не ваняло в нем, но холодильника не было, постель желтая с пятнами. Вообщем ужас не рекомендую. Мы брали на ночь и толком не смогли выспаться. Завтрак одно название.

Чистый уютный отель , относительно не Дорогой , Это было фантастическое пребывание в отеле, и воскресный обеденный шведский стол был роскошным. Номера недавно убраны, и постельное белье, кажется, новое. Номера просторные, а завтрак превосходный. Большое спасибо за обслуживание, персонал был очень услужлив.

화장실 바닥 너무 미끄러워요. 물이 잘 안빠져요. 아침 식사는 종류가 좀 적어요. 식사 메뉴는 맛있는데 저녁 부페도 종류가 적으니 음식 시켜 먹는 것이 좋아요

I had the most incredible birthday celebration at full moon! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my special day was memorable. Specially Ms ishara helped me a lot to arrange everything perfectly. They were friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

We had a company event in Full moon hotel with about 70 pax yesterday .The hall arrangements were good.The staff was very pleasent , supportive and the service is also good. Meal arrangements were also nice and the their food is tasty. Special thanks goes to Ms.Ishara for managing everything at the hotel to make our event a successful one.Looking foward to select this hotel for our future events too...

We had our school teachers' gathering on 25th of October 2024. The service and the food was excellent. Especially, they did all our requirements without any hesitations. Especially, Ms. Ishara made all the arrangements in friendly manner. Big thank you for Ms. Ishara and the Full Moon Team.

I had a very disappointing experience at Full Moon Garden. I arrived for my 9:00 PM check-in and ended up waiting over an hour because the rooms were still being cleaned. When I finally got to my room, the floor was still wet, and the bed sheets hadn't been changed. To make matters worse, there were mosquitoes everywhere. This is not what I expected from a four-star hotel. Totally unacceptable.

The place was okay. We had to stay here because we missed a connecting flight and initially they sent us to somewhere else the airline put us up in, but it was so bad that they sent us to this place. It was okay, good to stay a night breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly. They had a pool which the kids enjoyed and yeah it was. It was alright but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it.

Had a fantastic day at the hotel, the food was so good, and the staff was friendly. The day out package was really worth it. The location of the hotel was really convenient for us in many ways. Simply loved the hours we spent at the hotel, definitely made some good memories. Thank you Full moon hotel staff.
