Though abit far from Karuizawa station, but the moment you entered into the hotel it makes you feel like it's all worth it. The size of the room is something not what you'd expect from a typical Japanese hotel, it's really spacious and the moment you entered the suite they provided umbrella in the front of the door for their guest to use. The room is really clean, they offered nicely folded pajamas for the visitors as well as and provided all the sanitary kits you need right inside the room!
Next day we were greeted warmly by the reception (that speaks really good English) and she helped us order a taxi to get around to our next stop.
Too bad we only get to stay for one night, will definitely come again when we visit Karuizawa again!

良いところ １．スタッフさんの姿勢が良く、明るくテキパキ対応されていて、気持ちが良いです。 ２．食事が美味しいです。夕食はフルコースでしたが、予想を裏切る美味しさです。鴨肉は柔らかく、グリーンピースのポタージュは濃厚、デザートのフォンデーンショコラも良かったです。朝食のビュッフェも品数が豊富、味も良かったです。湯豆腐が特に良かった。 残念なところ １．良く手入れはされていますが、やはり築年数には勝てないところもありました。部屋の給換気ファンの音、給湯の量など。 総じて雰囲気も良く、楽しい時間を過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

Das Zimmer hat kein Badezimmer. Die Wäsche muss ins große Badezimmer.

Für den Ski haben wir １２ ２ Nacht gehalten. Es ist auch sehr nah an der leichten Zeestation, sehr geeignet für den Einkauf in der alten leichten Zee Zee Silber. Der Chef ist sehr gut und sehr komfortabel.

The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Karuizawa station. Take the north exit on the bridge/walkway after coming up from Shinkansen platform, it's the left. There's a tourist info with helpful people at the end of the corridor, and an escalator next to it. Once you come out, with your back to the station, walk straight down the road, and take left at the first traffic light, near the Shell station. The hotel is opposite Family Mart. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was generous-sized with an ante-room which has a fridge, some storage cupboards and the main room is nice and big with a good-sized bed. They provide 2 bottles of water. You can take day trips to Naka Karuizawa, Shiraiito Falls among other destinations using the bus service outside the station. It's a lot easier if you have Suica card or you will need to carry many 1000 yen notes. On the way back you can you can stop off at Kyu Karuizawa and walk the streets of Old Ginza. It can also be reached by foot, takes about 25-30 minutes.

The front desk 竹村, on June 18th 10:50, she told us there’s no pick up service after check out (there is), without offering any assistance to deliver our bags to the station. We feel that the staffs are poorly trained when it comes to the hotel facility nor their communication skills. The hotel itself is highly enjoyable especially the hot spring! Everything is brand new and the surroundings are epic! I’m sorry to have to minus one star because of 竹村’s poor reaction to customers’ requests.

Stayed here for 3 nights as I was attending a wedding at nearby Komoro. The hotel is newly renovated and conveniently located right next to the Sakudaira Station. Lots of good food options nearby. The sushi restaurant behind the hotel is highly recommended.

Zweitens war ich 2 Nächte. Eine Nacht war ich im Haus genug, ein dreifaches Haus ist sehr komfortabel. Von der Balkone können Sie auf natürlich umgebene Golfplätze und Zwischenberge aussehen, um die Menschen zu verrücken. Dieses Hotel ist sehr warm im Gebäude. In einem guten Tag im Wetter, wenn ich den Berg in der Wanderung sah, fühlte ich mich sehr gut. Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe, Infektion ist sehr gut und es ist sicher. Ich mag Obstweiß, weil es sehr lecker ist. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr weich und nur 々 Menschen werden gedagogisch sein, wenn sie den Weg überschreiten. Ich kann sehr gut leben.

GGuest UserIch genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt in diesem brandneuen Hotel. Obwohl es seit einigen Monaten offen ist, haben sie alles ohne Spott gehalten. Die Lobby mit offenem Feuer ist schön und ein komfortables Gebiet, um einen Drink und Entspannung zu haben. Das Zimmer selbst war auch unglaublich sauber und alles funktionierte gut, einschließlich des WLANs. Die Handjacken waren in den Farben der ukrainischen Flagge, die ein schöner Touch war. Das Frühstück war gut, wie das Restaurant am Abend. Das öffentliche Bad war ein schöner Ort, nach dem Abendessen zu sugen. Service war gut, obwohl es klar ist, dass das Team neu und noch trainiert war - ich bin sicher, dass sich dies in der Zeit ändern wird. Kleine Kritik ist es gab kein Zimmerservicemenü im Zimmer. Das war gut, wie es im Fernsehen war, aber das Navigieren auf das Menü brauchte japanische Fähigkeiten. KkathleentokyoIch war so beeindruckt von allen Elementen der Twin-Line. Die Dekoration und Atmosphäre war so ausgereift und komfortabel. Ich genoß vor allem das Lounge-Raum mit Betten. Das Zimmer selbst wurde mit vielen Designlösungen für einen kleinen Raum gedekoriert. Es fühlte sich komfortabel und zu Hause. Die einzige Verbesserung, die ich vorschlagen konnte, ist, dass das WiFi während der Spitzenzeiten verlangsamt wurde. Das Restaurant, Jose Luis, war ausgezeichnet. Das Kurs-Dinner (und die Option für Weinpaarungen) war leckeres spanisches Essen und hervorragende Wert. Ich habe auch die Wahl der spanische Frühstücksbretter geschätzt. Schließlich war die Lage ideal, um zum Bahnhof, zur Einkaufsstraße oder um einen Bus zu anderen Orten zu fangen (Wasserfallen). Und das Personal war freundlich und untergebracht, auch mit meiner begrenzten japanischen Fähigkeit. Ich kann nicht warten, hier wieder zu bleiben!

GGuest UserDas war das einzige englisch geführte Hotel, das wir während unserer 4-wöchigen Reise geblieben haben. 2 Nächte geblieben. Wir sind englisch, aber wir dachten sogar, es war exzentrisch - in guter Weise! Chris war wirklich hilfreich zuvor, traf uns am Bahnhof, und dann gab uns während unseres Aufenthalts Ladung von Ratschlägen und Informationen, nahm uns Platze in den Hügeln, so dass wir zurückgehen konnten, etc. usw. Die Grundsätze: Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, unspottlich sauber, das Essen war ausgezeichnet, interessante Dekoration, große britische Musik und Chat (mit einigen AC/DC aus dem Aussie-Koch). Plus: Chef machte Haus-made-Jaffa-Kachen, die die besten, die Sie je haben. Turtle Doves auf dem Vogeltisch. Alles fühlte sich sehr entspannt und einfach - genau das, was wir nach unserer 8 Stunden Shinkansen Reise von Hokkaido benötigten.

EEng KiatDesign-Hotelraum ist ein schönes Gemt. Es war ein kalter Winter, als wir da waren. Das Hotel fühlt sich wie ein Lagerhaus in 2 Ebenen umgewandelt. Die Decke im Toilette ist nicht hoch. Eines, was ich über das Hotel gefallen habe, ist der Heizung. Es ist stark und macht das Zimmer komfortabel auf 1 Grad außerhalb des Hotels. Es ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Outlet Shopping Mall. Eine Empfehlung ist, Ihre Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Outlet zu beenden, bevor der Himmel dunkel wird. Der Grund ist, dass es keine Beleuchtung (Schleifen dunkel) gibt, wenn wir die Straße zum Hotel laufen. Ich werde sicher wieder bleiben, wenn ich in Karuizawa mit dem erschwinglichen Preis und komfortable Zimmer.

Room is neat and cosy and the private onsen is a nice bonus.
Breakfast is lovely and the fresh vegetables were amazing however the dinner was a let down as it wasn’t served in the restaurant. Instead we were provided with a voucher for redemption at the bar. The food is just average, beef was not very fresh, and your clothes and hair reek of smell after dinner as they cook the food right at the bar.

JJOLK_2013We stayed at this hotel recently and really appreciated the stay. The stay actually started off bumpy with some misunderstanding of our reservation that had us cramped into a small room with no possibility of adding a roll-away. The young woman who checked us in said there was nothing she could do, so we took her for her word and proceeded to our room. When we got to our room, we realized that we would end up with a disastrous stay contrary to what we were expecting--a wonderful and serene one--as the room was way too small. When the bell person (Rajesh) brought our luggage, we informed him, that the room would not work for our family of four. Though it was not his responsibility per se, Rajesh immediately went to work to seek out any other options we could have to accompany us and, long story short, he helped us stay in a bigger room that was more appropriate--though considered a downgrade. The fact that a bell person would go out of his realm of responsibility to meet our needs was truly appreciated allowing us all to fully enjoy our stay. We ended up having dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and fully appreciated the friendliness and service of the restaurant staff as well as the healthy, delicious, and local foods that were served. There is no doubt we would return to stay there again thanks to Rajesh and his excellent customer service!

GGrandTour803448Liege Zee wird in der Regel vor einem Skiplatz in einem Hotel untergebracht, aber gelegentlich ändert sie ihre Ideen ... und die hier an der Seite des Skihauses. Ein Hotel ist zwar vor einem Skiplatz, aber es gibt auch Orte, an denen man Skifahren kann. Es ist sehr weit zu Fuß, hier kann man zum Skizentrum fahren, sehr bequem. Darüber hinaus muss ich früher am Abend nach Otles essen, oder die kostenlose Buszeit abholen, so dass Sie nicht auf der Schneebahn gehen müssen. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist auch sehr sauber, der Geschmack ist gut und das Mittagessen ist auch sehr empfehlenswert.
