Konak Seaside Resort

I had booked on the danish DTF travel site. When arriving we only got an apartment with 1 bedroom, we booked and paid 5000 tl extra for apartment with 2 bedrooms. They continued to say that everything was booked and they had no more apartments with 2 bedrooms as we paid for. The only thing they could give us was 2 hotelrooms in a trashy discount hotel in Kestel, that we denied to accept. I ended up sleeping with my teenage son on a fold out couch, not how we thought our vacation would be. Onur who was the one who gave us the keys to the apartment and was our contact on site was speaking english very fine and understood everything we said. BUT everytime something was wrong he was pretending not to speak english, this was so ridicoulus and very unprofessional. The resort never answered DTF travel when they tried to reach out to find a solution while we where there. But after we left, they told them that they gave us an extra hotel room as compensation, THAT WAS A LIE! They only had apartments on site and they where all booked as they told us and DTF Travel. When I found out this from DTF Travel, i contacted Onur once again, and now i am blocked on whatsapp. This is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RESORT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING HERE! More than half of the accomodations on the resort was not working or functioning (indoor pool, sauna, hamam, cinema, outside sitting pool etc.) Only thing good was the outdoor pool, it was clean but that is it. They have a lot of rules, but NO ONE follows them. The resort is a mix nationalities from Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakstan, thinking they own everything and not having any regards for other People there. This is both Kids and adults that act like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING HERE! THEY ONLY WANT MONEY, DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR VACATION!
