For our business purposes we found the hotel to be perfect. The restaurants and facilities were very good. The main point would be the ***agement and staff under them. Their attentive and professional service given to clients was excellent. Would recommend as a good business hotel in the area it is located.

Our stay at Ideal beach (25th May 2024) offered a mix of both delightful and disappointing experiences. On the positive side, the buggy drive around the property was enjoyable. The breakfast served was hearty and fulfilling, featuring a great variety of well-prepared dishes, including South Indian and Continental. Additionally, the room service was excellent, with prompt and courteous responses to all our requests. Our rooms had a beautiful partial-beach view. However, several aspects of the room facilities did not meet expectations. The bathroom was inadequately lighted with no proper ventilation, save for a small dirty window covered with wire mesh that barely sufficed.The room air conditioning unit was old and lacked the potency to adequately cool the room, which was highly uncomfortable in warm weather. One of our rooms were not properly clean as we found clumps of hair under the dressing table and we also had stained bedsheets. Furthermore, the television was too small for the size of the room, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of watching. Another significant drawback was the WiFi connectivity, which suffered from frequent drops, making it difficult to stay connected to the internet. While parts of the stay were enjoyable, the room's comfort and technology amenities made our stay discomforting. Ideal beach resort can boast beautiful landscaped gardens and pools, but careless attitude to room facilities downgrades the overall stay experience.

Kids swimming pool area not working, that is the main facility to visit comparing with other resorts, we spent two days for that. But management said (just two hours sir. Just one day sir, next day it will be ready sir) but that facility was not ready when we were checking out. But 11. 45 am they called us to remind that we have to check out at 12pm but no info about swimming pool. After we checked out and brought all our luggages to reception they said swimming pool was ready. My kids very very upset and disappointed and literally started crying.

Ein Traum in jeder Beziehung. Tolle Lage nahe am Meer, hervorragende Küche, sehr originelle Zimmer (jedes Zimmer ist anders eingerichtet) und der Service ist auch Spitzenklasse. Ich besuche Indien mit meiner Partnerin in etwa alle 2 Jahre, und ”Incredible India” ist immer voller Überraschungen.

Liebe den Aufenthalt. Personal und Service sind ausgezeichnet und zuverlässig groß. Die Lage ist in der Mitte der Stadt in einem Hauptgrundpreis, in der Nähe der Tempel für diejenigen, die auf einem Pilgeraufgang nach Kanchipuram besuchen. Der Zugang zur Lage, aber auch die Sichtbarkeit von der Straße verlassen Raum für Verbesserung. Das Essen war lecker und groß, und das kostenlose Frühstück hatte eine detaillierte große Verbreitung. Die Hüblichkeit des Personals, das immer auf Sie Check-in und Sie fragen, wie Ihr Aufenthalt und Essen Erfahrung ist verdient eine besondere Erwähnung. Insgesamt, eine große Einrichtung in Kanchipuram, die dort komfortable und besorgniserregend zu bleiben.

Wow, das ist eine der besten Aufenthalte, die ich bisher hatte. Herr Santhosh, Herr Anand, Frau Anagha und Jijo Frontpersonal und Führungskräfte waren am besten im Kundenservice. Eines der besten Lebensmittel, die ich hatte und ich bin nicht übertrieben, muss jeder das Essen von Chef Vijay Sir und Team erleben. Und was für einen Service im Restaurant von Srihari. Dieses ganze Team verdient einen großen Applaus.

Aufgrund der Arbeitserfordernisse bin ich hier bereits 2 Monate. Gute Nahrungsmittel- und Zimmerservice machen mich sehr komfortabel. Das Personal hier ist so freundlich und effizient. Ich möchte mich besonders für Saranya & Lucky danken. Sie sind so warm. Wenn ich nach einer ganzen Tag harten Arbeit zurück zum Hotel bin, dann machen sie mich wie zu Hause zu bleiben. Sehr empfehlenswert, Fairfield Marriott zu wählen!

Had a very nice time in MGM right from enquiry till the end of the program the journey was very smooth. Special thanks to Geetha from the sales team, who made the journey very smooth. She is very good in negotiations and she closed the deal in win win situation for both the parties. Her hospitality, care and courtesy was awesome. A well mannered person with a lots of smile on her face. She answered all our queries with a lot of patience and smile. A very good sales professional. The service team was also awesome and the quality of food was very good. The chef's menu was very good and all the taste buds very completely satisfied. The service provided by Srinivasan of operations team was awesome. The overall experience at MGM Resorts was excellent and will be remembered for a long time. MGM Resorts is a real value for money.

Stayed here for a night during a visit to the Sri Adi Keshava perumal temple in Sriperumbudur. The hotel is slightly off the highway and is about 15 kms before Sriperumbudur arch when travelling towards Chennai on NH48. The road from the highway to the hotel is potholed. The surroundings are like a mini forest. Room was spacious, has a kettle, milk/coffee/tea pouches. The restaurant is veg and non-veg. For lunch, they said they only have rice items (fried rice, biryani etc.). Would be good if they serve south indian food as well. Room service and housekeeping needs to improve. Requested for normal filtered drinking water since we do not use the bottled bilseri type water. The housekeeping said that room service would give and the room service said that the housekeeping would give. Finally, went to the restaurant and asked them to send a jug of water. Parking for about 5 to 6 cars is available in the premises. For those travelling on the highway, there a multitude of flyovers coming up on NH48. There are diversions and dividers have been removed.
