So close to railway Breakfast need to improve

Very convenient if traveling by train. Just in front of Kanazawa station. The room is really nice and clean. Free drinks (including sake) is a big plus point

The hotel was conveniently located right next to the train station, making the access such a breeze. There's a distance from the popular tourist spots but those can be easily accessed by bus or walk. Rooms are well laid out with plenty of space. I can see that this hotel targets long-stay guests therefore some rooms are equipped with a microwave. We experienced a mild earthquake during our stay (Magnitude 3) and we felt safe in our room. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend anyone travelling to Kanazawa to stay here.

Great location, modern and clean accommodation. Super near to the Kanazawa train station and surrounded by places to eat and shop.

I book the Hyatt because I want to stay in an America standard hotel, the hotel room is good size and comfortable, but the breakfast was so bad, the bacon and sausage was not cook well, bacon looks like it was steam not cook, there was some cold chicken meat ball and there is no white bread and I can't even make a toast for myself that I have to go to Starbucks next door to get a real cup of coffee.

Excellent location. So convenient for those who want to do day trips to the nearby areas like Takayama, Shirakawago since it is just 5-8 min walk from the Kanazawa station West Gate. The room was spacious.

The room is quite comfortable and setting like family room. I think I will choose the same hotel if I visit Kanazawa in the future.

Travelled myself, and booked a Twin room via Trip.com. Confirmation price was JPY 19,360/ night, include breakfast for 1 person daily. I understand there was a tax of JPY200 per night. (i.e. JPY19,560/night) I provided my credit card during check-in as deposit. When I checked out, the staff did not show me any invoice. She just said "check-out complete. goodbye" An hour later, got a message from credit card company charging a total of JPY 19,760 per night, i.e. JPY19,360 per confirmation, with an extra JPY400 per night (should be JPY200). I asked Trip.com to contact hotel direct. Hotel response was "the customer signed a form for 2 occupants, so tax should be charged 2 person for 2 nights", but they did not provide any written evidence, nor could they even mention the name of the 2nd occupant. The hotel refused a refund of JPY 200 per day. It was not a big amount, so I asked Trip.com to stop further action. But my dissatisfactions with this hotel were: -hotel used my credit card number and overcharged tax for a 2nd occupant for 2 nights. There was no confirm / invoice during checkout. -it does not make sense to assume 2 person occupancy, as the booking included breakfast for 1 person only. (restaurant log should show 1 person consumed breakfast) -the hotel could not even tell the name of 2nd occupant (whom did not exist!!) Advice to others who stay in this hotel: Be careful. Read the small fonts for any forms during check-in. Ask for invoice amount during check-out. Verify the amount charged to your credit card!
