Ich habe hier 5 Nächte im Geschäftsbereich geblieben und es war hervorragend. Von den Kommen vom Frontdesk bis zum Taxi holen Sie sich zum Sicherheitspersonal. Jeder war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist offen für die Öffentlichkeit und immer besetzt und lebendig. Das Essen war gut Standard und guter Preis. Service war hervorragend. Die Sicherheitsmänner bestellten Taxis und gingen aus, um mir ein paar Bier zu holen am ersten Abend, als ich nach der Bar geschlossen um Mitternacht ankam. Der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet mit Neuigkeiten. Das Frühstück war buffetstil und lecker. Ich habe in Kampala etwa 5 mal geblieben und das ist zweifellos mein Lieblingshotel. Sehr komfortabeles Hotel in einer großen Lage. Sehr nahe einigen schönen Restaurants und in einem walkable Bereich. Zimmer waren schön und das Hotel insgesamt war sauber. Das Hotel selbst ist groß und hat viele Einrichtungen, aber ist datiert, jedoch gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch mit vielen Wahlmöglichkeiten und gesunden und schmackhaften Optionen. Das Hotel verkauft Mitgliedschaft in seinem Fitnessraum an Menschen, die nicht Gäste des Hotels machen es sehr besetzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, obwohl manchmal etwas übertrieben in ihrem Wunsch, Ihnen zu helfen, Ihnen Essen anzubieten oder freundlich zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter nahmen sich um die Gäste mit Marriott Status, die Upgrades und Zugang zu einem großen Lounge mit Lebensmitteln und kostenlosen Getränken am frühen Abend. Very friendly and helpful staff. The security is excellent. The hotel starts on the 3rd floor and goes up. The chef made me a delicious Indian style curry. I will return for a longer stay in the future. This was just a one night stay before I travelled on to Gulu. Julian the security guard arranged a car for me to go to the bus station and also carried my bag down.
