The hotel is so good, the room are clean and big, the staff are Friendly and give a good service.

Excellent service, with an exceptional location, is a quiet and very clean hotel, every one there was nice and helpful. they have a high quality windows so all out side noise es blocked. The restaurant is not great but you have multiple options in the park just out side.

I will begin with the good things- The place is clean and the location is good , but terrible location if traveling on festive dates because the noise goes on all night and early morning. We arrived and were assigned to room 408 facing the side towards the church- we slept maybe for an hour the night October 29th, the band downstairs stopped playing music at 3am- then the cleaning crew around 430am and by 7am the restaurants played loud music - we asked the front desk person (Oscar) if we can get another room assigned and he said no because they were full, so we asked if we checked out after that first night if we would be penalized, he said he would check with the hotel manager, we called again and he said after speaking with the manager they agreed to only have us pay the one night we used- so we found an Air-BNB and pre-paid it for the rest of our nights- later when we came downstairs to check out at 10;30am- we were told they will charge one night penalty in addition to the one night we used, I asked to speak to the manager because that is not what was told to us on the phone- I was asked to pick up the phone in the lobby to speak with the manager- her name is Martha Carrera and she was rude from the moment shed answered the call- she didn't even try to see if she could accomodate us in another room or figure our who and why we were informed differently. The only thing this hotel has is the location and it is clean- But there are so many other beautiful options- I recommend Hotel Cecilia in Xochicilmco, 10 minute walking distance to the center- you avoid the noise, its clean beautiful, has AC , TV and includes breakfast for a little less in cost than this one.

Mi padre, una persona de la 3era edad viajó a este hotelucho de 3era para pasar la Navidad de 2023, y le fue sustraído de su habitación de su bag pack un celular “nuevo”. Este hotel de 3era no ofrece ninguna seguridad y su personal no se hace responsable de NADA! Lo peor para conocer OAXACA, asco de Hotelucho.

Fue lo peor que pudimos pasar. Pedimos una habitación con clima (por lo cual costaba más que una con ventilador) ya que estaba haciendo mucho calor. Al llegar a la habitación el clima nunca funcionó. Tuvimos que llamar a la recepción desde nuestro celular ya que el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba. Fue el personal de mantenimiento y la respuesta fue: mejor abran la ventana! Qué? Es en serio? Y lo que pagamos? Pues la recepcionista dijo que no podía cambiarnos de habitación a menos que pagaramos a una habitación de lujo. Fue una pesadilla el calor tan insoportable. El baño fue una calamidad ya que la regadera goteaba y era desesperante el sonido. Nos salimos antes de las 10 am. Queríamos salir de esa pesadilla
