Very bad experience from this hotel specially room toilet shower was broken as I open shower it fell on me thanks I not got any injury or blood on my head I can sue or call police if I got hurt on my head with shower two times I call reception for repair nobody came then again call 3 time boy came it's really very very shocked I got save from head injury I need my refund from this hotel kindly refund the amount I already again don't want to book kindly refund amount as soon as possible not half full amount

Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

The hotel is strategically located between Jalan Trus and Jalan Wong Ah Fook, prime location if you were to visit JBCC and City Square. It is also close to take the bus to Singapore. The hotel room is of decent size, filled with wooden furniture. Too much carpentry, furniture and these designs are outdated and non sustainable imho. Bathroom size is good with good Roca fittings, however, more detailed attentions could be given to the water pressure and floor trap flow speed. The tiles and bathroom furniture again is old design despite the hotel is relatively new (completed in 2017/2018). The bed is huge. The only good part is the complimentary executive lounge served with beer, food and beverages. The wine selection however is one of the worst in 5-star hotels, it would be better to do without the wine and put the money into better food/fruits. The hotel is hardware driven and I felt there are a lot more that can be done apartment cleaning the room and wash the toilet to make it a truly 5-star hotel. Based on my experience, it's at best a 4-star hotel at 5-star price.

All good just that suite room is kinda small in size, but the living room is very spacious and toilet bowl has no leg space because the glass door for shower room is exactly next to the toilet bowl. maybe can make room bigger and reduce the size of living room and definitely leg space at toilet bowl area needs to be enlarged or replanned. The buffet spread was super delicious and variety of spread. Each n every one of the staff at different department was absolutely friendly, helpful and well mannered! Thumbs up to all and the excellent service provided.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber wir waren unsagbar überrascht, als wir die Fenster öffneten und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 23. Stock genossen. Sie können selbst sehen, wie schlecht es gepflegt ist. Ansonsten sind sie nicht entgegenkommend, wenn wir nach zusätzlichen Mineralwasserflaschen fragen, im Gegensatz zu 5-Sterne-Hotels, die uns auf Anfrage ein paar geben. Hier ist es anscheinend kostenpflichtig. Einer der männlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich, als er unsere Fragen beantwortete. Keine Wärme, kein Lächeln oder freundliche Ausstrahlung von ihm. Das ist eine Überraschung für einen Hotelangestellten. Da kann man besser sein. Das Frühstück war nicht allzu schlecht und bot eine gute Auswahl. Prost!

Das ist unser erstes Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Reise nach und von CIQ war weniger als 10 Minuten. Super bequem. KSL Mall ist buchstäblich hinter dem Hotel. Der Empfangsservice für den Ein- und Auscheck war reibungslos und effizient. Alle Offiziere sind lächelnd und freundlich. Sahur war erstaunlich und überrascht über die Verbreitung, die sie angeboten. Liebe all das Essen serviert und meine Kinder lieben es auch außer für den lustigen Geschmack der Milch für das Getreide? (Ich tat es nicht to) Zimmer: Liebe die Aussicht mit Feuerwerksvibes und Raum. Aber es gibt einen muschiösen Geruch während wir auf dem Klimaanlage. Glücklich habe ich mein Parfüm in handvoll. Handtücher haben auch einen seltsamen Geruch, aber da es nur ein Nachtaufenthalt ist. Wir haben es dennoch verwendet. Einige Teile des Tauchs sind schmutzig, aber nicht zu bemerkenswert. (Hoffentlich wird das Teppich entfernt). Ich konnte den Pool nicht mal wegen der kurzen Zeit sehen. Ich werde wieder mit meinen Kindern sein.

Das Hotel ist erschwinglich für einen Wochenende-Stadtcay, in einer bequemen Lage in der Nähe von Lebensmitteloptionen und KSL! Neu renoviertes Zimmer ist auch sauber, und das Bett ist komfortabel! Nur unten ist, dass wir einen Verbindungsraum erhalten haben, so dass wir unsere Nachbarn reden/ Husten 🥲 sonst, alles ist gut!

Though it was a bit difficult to reach on foot right after crossing the border, everything else was perfect! Clean, spacious and friendly staff made me want to come back here next time :)

Very good location, just opposite Bukit Indah Aeon Shopping centre and next to Macdonald's. But Facilities wise is not ideal. Gym very small, only got 4 equipments. Located on ground floor and outside hotel. Swimming pool also just next to the GYM. You need to walk out of the lobby, out of the hotel to go to the pool and GYM. Yet hotel do not provide bathrobe so I don't know how the guest access the facilities. If rain even worst, no shelter linking the GYM and the lobby. 10th floor supposed to have a Club Lounge and staff told me no longer available... Food wise is fair. Some food like pau and hard boiled eggs are cold even tot they are on warmers... Room wise above average as bed got a bit of light stains and cigar burnt mark. Toilet glass door silicon already gone. Face towel not provided. Got shower gel and shampoo dispenser.

Ein wenig von allem entfernt, aber es gibt Nahrung und ein Giant im Gegenteil des Hotels. Paradigma wäre der nächste große Mall und kann vom Hotelzimmer gesehen werden. Toiletten vorhanden. Das Hotel fühlt sich insgesamt ein wenig datiert, obwohl die Sicherheit ok scheint.
