"Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen."

It was our anniversary week and everything was perfect from efficient check in to the hospitality of the staff and amazing facilities Really loved the ambience of the Executive Lounge, it was so peaceful and ideal.We were pleasantly surprise when we came back to our room with a delicious cake waiting. Special mention to the security guards thats always opening doors for us. They are always smiling and greeting us!"

"Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und das Layout ist komfortabel. Sauberkeit ist sicher der Hauptgrund, den ich wiederkommen werde. Das traurige ist die Lounge und der Schwimmbad direkt unter meinem Zimmer. Die Live-Band endet am 12.00 Uhr scharf und der Schwimmbad beginnt früh am Morgen. Es ist ein bisschen enttäuschend, wenn Sie sich spät aufwachen möchten während Ihrer Urlaub."

"Stay here many times this year. But the safety deposit box encountered error 9 which required the duty manager to reset it. The corner where drinks & complimentary tea/coffee is place has ants. Maybe housekeeping can containise the tea/coffee sachets to prevent ants. Had to clean up. Other than that all good. The buffet breakfast was great too."

"Schlanke Ein- und Auschecken. Zimmer war sauber, nur diese Lage ist auf der abgeschirmten Seite gewöhnt, Parkplatz-Gantry nicht unten. Gesamt, gut. Wird wegen des sauberen Zimmers und der angebotenen Einrichtungen wieder buchen."

"Firstly its a suites and not a hotel so expectations have to be tapered accordingly. The place is clean and comfortable to sleep in however the age of the place is begining to show. Towels are clean, thick and fresh smelling, they seem to have upgraded the shower heads which have v good water pressure. This trip I got a room facing the road. Nice view but can get noisy when cars with loud exhausts drive by. Breakfast was suffice with an eggs station and local Delights like mee goreng / kway teow goreng / curry noodles / mee soto / nasi lemak. Unfortunately the 24hr food place with lotsa variety and delicious food right next to it has closed and moved to medini 3 which is a 5 to 10min drive away Overall, for the price, Trinidad is a great place to stay on a budget and secure parking. Kudos to the always friendly and helpful staff as well!"

"Ich bin wieder da und alles an meinem Aufenthalt beeindruckt mich weiterhin, aber eine Sache möchte ich besonders hervorheben: den Kleiderbügel. Ich bekam dasselbe Zimmer wie zuvor und bemerkte, dass zwei statt vier Kleiderbügel fehlten 🤔 Ich informierte die Rezeptionistin, damit die Kleiderbügel ersetzt werden. Man sagte mir, es gäbe keine Probleme und ich würde den Kleiderbügel aufs Zimmer liefern lassen, aber vom Tag des Check-ins bis zum Tag des Check-outs wurde nichts unternommen 😩 Trotzdem war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt im Z Hotel zufrieden 😊"

"My partner and I had a short pocket of free time and made an impromptu overnight trip to JB. A quick check on Trip.com and booked R&F Princess Cover (Sea View). The price was discounted and reasonable. Check-in/Out instructions were prompt, clear, and responsive. The check-in message was received via WhatsApp 1 day before checking in. We have no difficulties checking in/out. We were also give a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment, even though we dont actually need it, since there was only the 2 of us. So the apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds each, and 2 bathrooms, a balcony (pool and sea view) with a washing machine (and 2 packets of washing powder). The bathroom came with shampoo, shower gel, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, etc. The kitchen was functional, and the fridge was decent in size and cold. The sofa, TV, dining table, and chairs were all well maintained. There were also 2 pairs of house slippers. The facilities on level 8 were impressive, outdoor & indoor gym, children playground, swimming pool, outdoor running track, yoga room, table tennis rooms etc. There is also a link bridge to R&F Mall (although not all shops were opened but we could get the minimum necessities), and also a link bridge to CIO JB Sentral Custom (about 650m). So, all in all, very convenient and pleasant and will choose to stay here again in the near future."

"Thanks for the free upgrade to the one bedroom suite with sea view :) we enjoyed the comfortable stay very much. Had free shuttle bus to CIQ though I think we could have walked there, it’s literally a stone’s throw away and we cld have saved 10 minutes as you had to go one big round by car."

"Schönes, gemütliches Zimmer mit guter Klimaanlage. WLAN-Verbindung ist ok. Zahnbürsten werden bereitgestellt. Es gibt keine Zimmer mit Verbindungstür im Hotel. Gutes, angemessenes Frühstück. Leider funktionierte der Warmwasserbereiter nicht richtig. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem Einkaufszentrum, direkt auf der anderen Seite der viel befahrenen Straße. Einkaufszentren, Bahnhof (ca. 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß) und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Neben der Lobby gibt es einen Supermarkt."
