Nice place

The room WiFi connection is limited to one device. Device 1 will disconnect if device 2 is connected. Wifi connection also very slow. When I asked for extra water, the front desk worker informed me that I would have to pay RM3. For this reason, I gave my rating 1. Not agreeable. The location is one advantage. I won't stay at this hotel unless such is the case.

The location of the hotel was convenient. Easy access & fast response from the customer service. Recommended.

This used to be one of our favourite hotel before FIVES it was BAGUS CITY HOTEL. After pandemic is called FIVES HOTEL which still maintained the service , cleanliness. Hotel is just opp komtar and city Square where you can shop, dine and watch movies. Local food are all walking distance. Hope the price wld be better for weekdays booking.

The room is small, the table has ants. The air condition is good. Breakfast is average. Location is good. If looking somewhere near custom, this will suitable for you. If you are looking for bigger and comfortable room, I will recommend other place.

Overall is good, especially with the fantastic location. Hotel is clean and nice to stay as well. Just the hotel room air cond not really functioning, and the situation is worse during recent hot weather.
