Das Hotel liegt nur außerhalb der Stadt, aber nahe genug, um in die Stadt zu gehen. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Es ist genug Parkplätze verfügbar und einige Zimmer haben Seenblick. Wir haben kein Personal gesehen, da sie ohne Kontakt einchecken haben.

We have been coming to Rydges couple of years now. We are vegetarians. We always can have just Beans and Tomatoes, ocassionally mushrooms for breakfast and for dinner. Can you have more variety for vegetarians? Please have plant based soy in burgers. We don't eat eggs, sea food or chicken. It is extremely disappointing, looks a school trip. Please make the next trip, 28/06/ to 02/07/2024 a bit better. Please have plant based burgers for vegetarians.

Had a terrific stay at the Discovery Park Jindabyne, well maintained park for campers, caravans and cottages of different sizes. Beautiful location opposite the Jindabyne Lake. We stayed in one of the newly built Superior 2 Bedroom Cabin with Fireplace. We had Cabin 90 that is located closest to the Lake. Extremely comfortable and everything new. Friendly service on arrival and departure from all the staff at Reception. As the cabin is self contained very limited supplies of coffee, sugar, tea, S&P are supplied. Bring your own and don't forget the cooking oil for those stay in nights of BBQ's. Jumping pillow, chess set, and canoe/kayak hire onsite for further exploring Lake Jindabyne. Highly recommend a stay here.

We have been coming to Jindabyne for the past 7 years same time every year. I absolutely love the place and its handy location to the mountains and shops. The only negative i would give this park is every year we are on a lake view site near the boat ramp. These sites are premium sites, why do they put caravans on the unpowered sites blocking the view of people who pay premium dollar for these sites. The unpowered sites oposite the powered sites should be be for tents or small campers. Kirily and Freddy were great managers and the new managers will have big shoes to fill and i do wish them well. Feb 2024 was our last year at this time. Amenties are spotless and the park is kept extremely neat and tidy.

Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in zwei Stadthäusern, es ist mehr, als wir fordern konnten, vernünftiger Preis und sehr sauber. Dieses Stadthaus war perfekt für meine Familie. Besonders mit Kindern. Pom ist ein toller Kerl, so legte er sich zurück und rettete mich Zeit, um bis zur Rezeption zu gehen. Er kam durch die Abfallentsorgung und ich gab ihm meine Schlüssel, wie toll das war. Wissen, dass ich Kinder habe. Wir werden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, es ist nur wenige Minuten von der Stadt entfernt. Auch gibt es einen Rückenhof. Perfekt für Kinder zu spielen. Danke Alpha Centauri für uns. Brenda, Lee and their team provide a ‘home away from home’ welcoming. They’re full of kindness and nothing is too much to ask. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Linen and towels are fresh every day. There is shared showers - womens side and mens side - though we did not experience any delay in gaining access to such amenities. There’s a seperate ‘den style’ room where you can prepare your own food if necessary. It also has coffee etc facilities. The premises are just a short walk from hotels and restaurants and rates are exceptional in value and far less expensive than Perisher which is only 30 minutes travel by car.

We’ve been coming to the region for years, and the LJ used to be our go-to place for accommodation, meals or drinks - both winter and summer. But no more. Seats in the booths and out on the deck are in need of replacement, or at least a good clean; as are tables / benches in the bistro. And it is no good having a designated smoking area when patrons just smoke wherever they want to – staff must actively enforce regulations the licensee has to abide by. The deck is not a designated smoking area! We were back in Jindabyne and at the LJ for 5 nights in Dec 2023. Disappointingly, one evening we were not able to get a meal. Although menus given out at the bar and the bistro state the kitchen is open until 9pm, when we tried to order at 8.05pm, we were told the kitchen had closed at 8pm. And no, we saw no other signage detailing this. Our party of five were not the only ones disappointed by this inconsistency. I know there is currently lots of renovations at the LJ, but we won’t be back in the meantime.
