El trato en recepción ha sido de 10. Maribel que es la que nos ha recibido nos ha dado un trato que no tengo palabras. Nos explicó todo sobre la zambomba, donde comer, donde ir. Mi pareja estaba mala y se preocupó muchísimo por ella, ofreciéndole hasta algo calentito, el trato ha sido de 10. El hotel calidad precio está bien, cama súper cómoda. Pero recalco lo de Maribel ojalá todos los hoteles tuviesen gente así en recepción.

La estancia estuvo bien pero hay que adecentar un poco las habitaciones y la manguera de la ducha del baño que estaba rota pero aún así pudimos ducharnos.

Todo muy bien, el desayuno muy bueno. Tienes cerca lugares donde comer si no quieres hacerlo en el hotel. La piscina pequeña pero un rincón muy acogedor.

El entorno es un polígono industrial, pero una vez dentro, está precioso y ademas 5min en coche del centro. Tiene una terracita y piscina con ambiente muy agradable Calidad precio muy buen

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig am Stadtrand und ist mit Pool, Restaurants und Bar auch gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist dreistöckig, ruhig und mit Lift ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber. Balkon ist keiner vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind mit Föhn und Seifen ausgestattet. Safe oder Kühlschrank sind nicht vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Frühstück gehen die Speisen gegen Wochenende bzw. Montags tw. aus, da die Versorgung einmal wöchentlich Montags erfolgt. Trotz Allem ein gutes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Das Ibis Hotel in Jerez De La Frontera ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr sauberen Zimmern. Die Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und Flachbild-TV. Das Bett war auch sehr sauber und bequem. An der Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen gab es nichts zu meckern. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind mit einer Schlüsselkarte zugänglich und somit sehr sicher. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich sowie hilfsbereit; spricht auch englisch. Super! 24Stunden Rezeption. Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden, somit ist das Haus behindertengerecht eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Der Frühstücksraum und Aufenthaltsraum drinnen und draussen war sehr schön und sauber. Kreditkartenzahlung ist auch möglich. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine Bar, an der Speisen und Getränke bestellt werden können. Ein Pool mit kleinem Garten und Liegestühlen ist auch vorhanden. Zum Hotel gehört auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Das Ibis Hotel verfügt sogar auch über 3 Strom-Tankstellen auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz. Carrefour-Supermarkt sowie Pizza, McDonalds, BurgerKing und eine Tankstelle befinden sich direkt nebenan. Die Innenstadt, Restaurants, Cafe, Museen, Kirchen und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten können vom Hotel zu Fuss erreicht werden. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es auch super Fernstreckenanschluss. Ich habe bereits in der Vergangenheit in diesem Ibis übernachtet. Würde dort auch wieder übernachten, sofern ich in Jerez De La Frontera bin. Zwar ist das Ibis in Jerez etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Mobiliar der Bar ist etwas alt); jedoch ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Booked this as an overnighter to experience sherry, be carful of your days for this as some are closed on Sunday and Monday. We parked the car up for free and set off walking an easy walk into the center, passing all the supermarkets. Had a fun day then came back to a good clean room, had no issues with anything, but it’s an Ibis so you know what you are getting. Was able to swim in the small pool, We ended up having dinner at the pizza place in the cinema complex was preset good. Breakfast was great.

We have traveled all over Europe and in particular Spain and we have wanted to visit Jerez for years. Being a sherry fan and knowing the food would be good, it has been high on our list. We chose the Ibis because they are great value, clean, dry and warm and very reliable but by far, this is the best we have stayed in. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food was good but, by far its best feature is the welcome you get from Rafael and his fantastic staff. The reception staff were hugely helpful and very knowledgeable and we really appreciated this after a long journey. Great staff providing great customer services flow from the lead taken by the manager and Rafael could not have been more gracious. He engaged with us in conversation and gave us some great advice about the city. He was also interested in us and this made us feel welcome and valued. The weather during our stay was very wet and so, to do justice to the city we will come back later in the year. We will definitely be staying at the Ibis again.

The hotel is a perfect oasis in a commercial zone on the outskirts of Jerez. It has everything you need, including a small private pool and quiet and calm outside area. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar area (which served good food all through the day) was atmospheric and the rooms had everything you need. Best regards to Rafael who made a special point of asking us about how we had found our stay.

This was our first and last stay at an Ibis Hotel. We were so disappointed in the bathroom that we would not repeat this experience. There is no place to plug in electrical appliances such as a night light or a water pick (teeth flossing machine). The sink did not drain well (even after asking the front desk about it) and the lights weren’t working properly. The door handle was almost falling off. Would the cleaning crew not notice this and ask to have these things fixed before a guest suffers with them? The towels were thread bare. The shower was good. The room was small but adequate. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not suitable for vegans, so not for us.

Having stayed here before I knew what to expect. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very basic. The Comfort room is a bit of an odd one with a magnifying mirror, coffee machine and a slightly better TV being the “upgrades” otherwise it’s an I is room anywhere.

We spent a night here driving late from Sevilla to the beaches of southern Cadiz. Adequate rooms, safe parking, nice welcome and restaurant open at 23:00 when we checked in! The pool was not yet open for a quick swim on 2 April. Otherwise, all perfect. Good value for money
