Dies ist mein dritter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die ersten beiden Male habe ich volle Punktzahl gegeben, dieses Mal ziehe ich einen Punkt ab. Es sollte gesagt werden, dass die Zimmerdekoration des Hotels sehr unverwechselbar ist und der allgemeine Service des Hotels sehr zufriedenstellend ist.Worauf man achten muss, ist die Kasse. Diesmal bin ich acht Tage geblieben, am Anfang habe ich in einem Zimmer mit Meerblick gewohnt, das Hotel kann zwar das Meer sehen, aber das Dach davor ist zu unordentlich, also ist das Meerblickzimmer das Dachzimmer. Am Ende zog ich in die Präsidentensuite. Am ersten Tag meines Aufenthaltes betrug der Wechselkurs von Euro zu Lira 18,5. Dazu muss gesagt werden, dass ich an dem Tag eingecheckt habe, an dem die Lira abgestürzt ist, was sich jedoch nicht auf meine Kosten ausgewirkt hat, da das Hotel sagte, es sei eingerechnet Euro. Das Hotel hat das Geld damals nicht abgebucht, sondern nur meine Kreditkarte für die Vorauszahlung belastet. Aber als ich am 27. auscheckte, stellte ich fest, dass das Hotel einen Streich spielte: Es berechnete alle meine Gebühren am 27., aber es wurde in Lira abgerechnet, und die Gesamtzahl der Lira wurde mit 18,5 Lira pro Euro für alle Tage berechnet (eigentlich war ein Euro an diesem Tag 13 Lire) und meine Kreditkarte wurde dann in Lira belastet. Auf diese Weise habe ich nach Umrechnung des Lira-Zimmerpreises in EUR/CAD 42 % mehr für nichts bezahlt. Theoretisch mit dem Hotel, das Hotel sagte immer, dass es nachsehen würde, aber mehr als eine Woche verging ohne Antwort. Ich musste einfach mein Kreditkartenunternehmen bitten, den Aufpreis zu erstatten.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zum Grand Bazaar, diversen Läden, Restaurants. Mitten im Geschehen und doch sehr ruhiges Zimmer (Mit Terrasse). Wir haben im Hotel gefrühstückt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Das Essen war sehr lecker und man hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Ein besonderes Lob an GONCA. Sie hat uns jeden Morgen sehr freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln, zum Frühstück empfangen. Sie spricht auch perfekt Deutsch!!! Vielen Dank Gonca für alles!!!! Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und auch die Betten sind sehr bequem (eher weich). Wir hatten noch eine 2. Bettdecke verlangt, was kein Problem war. Die Zimmer wurden immer sehr gründlich gereinigt. Dafür vielen Dank. Dies haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir werden im April wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Für uns perfekt da wir sehr gerne in der Gegend von Fatih sind, Dort ist immer etwas los.

Das Hotel liegt ideal an der Hauptstraße in der Altstadt von Istanbul. Zur Sophienkathedrale sind es weniger als 20 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Süleymaniye-Moschee und zum Großen Basar nur 10 Minuten. Es ist im Wesentlichen von Hotels und Restaurants umgeben und bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Hotel besteht aus 4 kleinen Gebäuden, in deren Mitte sich die Lobby befindet. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Schalldämmung ist gut und nachts ist es ruhig. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und geschmacksintensiv. Ich liebe die verschiedenen S*****en, Käsesorten und Desserts. Der Service ist herzlich und einladend. Nach dem Auschecken ergriff er die Initiative und half uns, unser Gepäck aufzubewahren. Der Lobbymanager äußert sich ehrlich zu den schlechten Taxigewohnheiten in Istanbul und hilft Gästen bei der Buchung eines Taxis. In der Lobbybar gibt es Mövenpick-Eis, das günstiger ist als in China.

Habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil ich schon einmal in Istanbul in einem der Schwesterhotels übernachtet habe. Auch dieses Mal wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Der Gast ist hier noch der König. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Der Service ist sehr gut. Man kann sogar das spa , sauna und türkish Bath gratis benutzen. Leider funktionierte bei uns das Dampfbad nicht optimal. Sauna konnten wir aber nutzen. Nach unserem Saunagang wurden wir noch mit einem Glas frischen Mineralwasseres mit Zitrone 🍋 verwöhnt. Danke 😊.das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet für jeden etwas. Alles war frisch und sehr sehr lecker. Es gab auch frisches Obst 🍇 und Müsli. Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Betten sind sehr bequem und gemütlich. Da das Hotel an einer Durchgangsstrasse liegt, gibt es recht viel Verkehr und auch Lärm. Auch dieses Mal wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel. Würden das Hotel auf alle Fälle wieder buchen.

Their professionalism and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Coming from someone who travels significantly and has stayed in several fantastic properties across the world, I can confidently say that Mula is right up at the top, and a rarity among hotels. So, we booked & paid for in advance, the following rooms: - 1 x Triple Room with Disability Access - 1 x Deluxe Triple Room - 2 x Deluxe Double Room Upon arrival at the Hotel, we were provided with 1 x Triple Room with Disability Access, 2 x Deluxe Triple Rooms and 1 x Deluxe Double Room as one of the Deluxe double rooms was booked by someone who was already staying at Laos Hotel. This is a reference which will become clear shortly down this review... The Transfer Service which we booked through the hotel was 1.5 hours late. The price I had to pay to the Hotel was 1,350.00 Turkish Lira so we had to pay for the pleasure of being messed about by their transfer service. Bearing in mind we're a family of 10 with 2 young children and at this point, everyone was becoming incredibly grouchy which is completely understandable. WiFi is ridiculously slow to the point where on the night of Day 4 through to Day 6, we actually had little to completely no WiFi whilst at Laos Otel. This was common for us all in our group and was reported to Yilmas. We actually do not know if and when this has been resolved as when we checked out and escaped from this Hotel, there was still no WiFi. Our stay was for a period of 6 days in total. The hotels policy is that they change the bedding every 4 days which was informed to our families mothers by Baarish. This was not the case. During our entire stay at this hotel, the bedding nor towels were changed at all. The room was not cleaned at all. Not once. I queried this on Day 6 (whilst in a heated altercation with Yilmas) and Yilmas actually responded with ”we cannot clean while you are not in the room as we do not have another key”. Literally unbelievable. I had to actually check his response again by asking him very clearly ”you have ONLY 1 key?”, to which he responded ”yes”. This actually translated to for me ”we won't clean because its not something we do during a week long stay”. Furthermore, Yilmas's response was a complete and utter lie as they had entered one of our rooms whilst we were out to put some silicone by the shower cubicle. So for a Hotel to have ONLY 1 key is absolute nonsense and was only used as an excuse and their very weak and non existent justification as to why they didn't clean. There is definitely no 24 hour reception desk. One of the hosts, Yilmas got into a huge strop just because we disturbed his sleep on the lobby sofa as we were popping out to smoke. Seems as though we had a curfew. His justification for this was that after 12am, it is quiet time. I completely understand quiet time and respect it. We were not being loud for us to violate ”quiet time”. We genuinely haven't been noisy whilst at the hotel and have been incredibly courteous towards everyone. We have actually been told to go bed and be asleep after 2am? I'm sorry but no-one has a right to dictate what time we should be going sleep. Furthermore, we have actually been locked out of the hotel because Baarish was fast asleep on the

Ich mache mir Sorgen über schlechte Bewertungen, aber das Bett ist etwas schmal Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, daher habe ich nicht gefrühstückt. Nichts zu essen zum türkischen Frühstück Aber in Anbetracht des Preises und aller Aspekte denke ich, dass dies ein gutes Hotel ist, sauber und komfortabel. Ich kam zuerst in Istanbul an und übernachtete dann in einem Hotel in der Nähe der Moschee, aber es war teurer und besser. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Märkte in der Umgebung und Sie können günstige, leckere und abwechslungsreiche türkische Küche finden. Vor uns das indische Restaurant Chicken Biryani, Einfacher und köstlicher gebratener Reis mit Curry-Hühnchen. Die nahegelegene Wechselstube ist preiswert und die Moschee und der Markt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt eine U-Bahn in der Nähe und ein Flughafenbus fährt alle 20 Minuten. Ruhe gut!

We stayed there as a couple with 4 children. The area is very busy and things are really cheap and people are very friendly. It’s easy access to the Metro in Beyazit, however it’s a 10 mins walk uphill to get to the tram station. Not a problem as such as you will soon find Istanbul is all up and down! but with the hot season, something to think about. There are many taxis that can take you up if you choose not to walk. Everywhere around this apartment is very cheap. There are many shops that are open until late, it was very convenient with the kids and safe area to walk to and from the apartment. Everything is 10 times cheaper than the area of Sultan Ahmet. In terms of the apartment itself, you get what you pay for. The apartment is very safe and they have a staff at the reception 24hrs. The apartment has air conditioning which is a massive plus if you’re staying in August because it’s boiling outside. Although this was in one room. It takes a bit of time to cool down the 2 bedrooms. The furniture is quite dated but the beds were comfy and we slept well. the kitchen facilities are not that great/ accessible for use. The missus was a little apprehensive to touch anything as the stovetop was open and didn’t seem safe. She was insistent there was a strong smell of gas. The bathroom could do with updating as there was mould on the ceiling which left a bad stuffy smell daily. To be fair, when the ladies got in to clean for us, it was manageable but again not the best. As I said you get what you pay for, and as we were on a budget and just needed a place to sleep at night, we managed with it. If you are out all day and only come home for a short and sleep, it’s great. On that note, the staff and owner are lovely and receptive. We thank them for our stay. Don’t hesitate to stay there, the owner just need to spend a bit to upgrade the furnitures and sort out the moulds in the bathroom ceiling. A bit of effort of putting a clean kettle goes a long way. The mini fridge in the room is a massive plus as we could buy our own groceries everyday and snacks and kept replenishing our fridge. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel im Herzen des alten Istanbul war einfach perfekt! Nur 1 km von den großen Moscheen und dem großen Basar, die Lage konnte nicht idealer sein, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Fest, das eine Vielzahl von Geschmacksrichtungen für den Tag anhielt. Die Zimmer waren ungeschützt, die absolute Komfort garantieren. Aber was wirklich unser Aufenthalt ausserordentlich machte, ist das unglaublich freundliche und benutzerfreundliche Personal. Darüber hinaus hat die Verfügbarkeit vieler bezahlender Parkplätze in der Nähe unsere Reise erleichtert. Wenn Sie einen Ort suchen, um voll von Istanbul zu profitieren, suchen Sie nicht weiter. Dieses Hotel ist ein Juwel, das wir sehr empfehlen! 🏨🌟🥐🧹😊

Leute gut zuhören... In diesem hotel wird einem das Geld gestohlen..bei mir 750€...insgesamt das gesamte Personal steckt unter einer Decke und der hotel Besitzer mit seinen 2 Brüdern sie passen die Gelegenheit ab wenn man das Zimmer verlässt dann durchsuchen sie deine Sachen nach Geld und lassen immer ein gewissen Teil verschwinden das es einem nicht direkt auffällt mafia enliche Strukturen sie wahren sogar im Zimmer wo mein kleiner geschlafen hatt wenn das jemand liest und es irgendwie möglich ist das wir die Bande aufhalten können währe das die Rettung für die nachfolgenden Besucher istambuls die Stadt kann ja nichts dafür verbreitet das bitte und ich hoffe die Behörden unternehmen etwas die sind gemein gefährlich...betroffen bitte melden.
