Sign of Istanbul Hotel Taksim

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte im Royal Duplex, das alles außer Royal war. Lage: Eine halbe Stunde Fahrt vom Flughafen kostet etwa 1500-2K Lira. Das Hotel selbst liegt am Fuße des Hügels, und um zum nächsten Marktplatz, dem Taksim-Platz, zu laufen, müssen Sie 10 Minuten lang über mehrere Treppen bergauf laufen. Die Einheit - Positiv: Es ist ziemlich groß und verfügt über zwei Ebenen. Die erste Ebene verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Badezimmer. Die untere Ebene verfügt über ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, einen Wohnbereich, eine Küche und ein größeres Badezimmer. Nachteile: Duplex braucht viel Renovierung. Die Farbe blättert ab, die Decke im Badezimmer hat schwarzen Schimmel, die Kommode im Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss ist kaputt und das Wasser-Bidet funktioniert nicht. Die Badezimmer im Obergeschoss sind sehr klein. Für Kinder ok, aber nicht für Erwachsene. Die Ecke des Badezimmers ist kaputt und durch die Befestigung mit Zement sieht es so aus, als hätte jemand versucht, sie zu reparieren, und die Arbeit in der Mitte gelassen. Der Boden, vor allem im Hauptschlafzimmer, knarrt sehr stark, besonders nachts sind dort andere schlafende Familienmitglieder. Die Decke ist nicht schallisoliert, man kann Leute laufen hören oder mitten in der Nacht aufwachen. Es gibt keine Belüftung im Gerät, da es im Keller steht, da es ziemlich feucht ist und einen feuchten Geruch hat. Frühstück – es hat keinen Sinn, extra zu bezahlen, da es einen Teller mit abgepackter Marmelade, Butter, Nutella und ein Ei mit Brotkorb, Pommes Frites, Kaffee/Tee serviert. Das Personal ist sehr unhöflich. Ich würde diese Einrichtung nicht speziell jemandem mit Kindern empfehlen.

i booked my stay through ***********, i write the same review on ***********, but the hotel play a dirty game to remove my bad review by mark me as i didn't check in at all. i received am email from *********** that the i didn't check in at all. but i will chase them up. 1.the location of the hotel is very good time wise, like about 8 minutes walk to taksim Square, not far from the main places, but it is in very very hilly location it is not easy for everyone to walk it. 2- we book budget room, which are located in the underground floor(-1) , which is not the best windows or views. 3- in the room there was kettle , with complimentary tea bags and coffee, we luckily check the kettle before using it, it was very greasy and dirty from inside we couldn't use it, we went to the reception to ask them to change it with a clean one, he said 10 minutes, we been waiting so long , he didn't bring , we been to the reception again , we feel like he forgot about us and the kettle and then on the spot he take clean kettle from a different room and gave it us. 4-the toilet washbasin was leaking all the time when you are using the tap 5-the bed sheets was not clean and i think not changed when we checked in we found long hair on it and hair clips 6.the chair in the room was stained 7.we have a bad experience when we where checking out, we found that they want to charge us for some juices were ordered during breakfast,  which we didn't order. they were keep saying we saw the drinks you order on the camera, if you don't want to pay, you can have as a gift, i didn't like the way they were speaking as if they were doing it as a favour. we ask the manager to show us the camera footage, when we check it we found the drinks were ordered to a different table and not ours, for some reason they weren't feeling sorry for the mess they make and we pushed them to apologise for what happened. this causes delaying our way to the airport, as we missed our bus .

For a female solo traveler this was perfect, just a 8 minute walk from Taksim Square - away from the noise but not too secluded! Felt very safe and very clean and staff was very helpful and polite! It’s on a semi-steep road so keep that in mind for luggage haha. Perfect stay! Definitely booking again next time

They got an attitude Communication issue Poor services. Not to mention one of them say to me you can write on ******* with a tone.

We stay 5 days in the hotel. The location is good but you need up so many stairs to get Taksin main street, because the hotel is located in a low terrain region. The room was very dirty. The bath room have gross dirty in the corners. The vantilation is not good. When some one smokes inside , the vantilation put all the smell to your room. The hotel dont compensate. Pay more in another.

Room was not soundproof at all could hear everyone else especially in the morning the housekeepers were very loud talking amongst themselves. Needed an iron was told there was only one they went on a hunt for it and couldn’t find it after i had to go to reception twice to check up on it. Sleep wasn’t good at all due to the noise within the hotel we could hear everything. Thankfully only stayed for 3 nights and wasn’t in the room for long during the days. Someone entered the room to take the iron without permission even with the do not disturb notice. Worrying to say the least..may need to invest in more irons. Would only recommend if you’re staying less than 5 days.

The hotel staff are really bad and hotel was not clean. I don’t recommend.
