The people their are a bit nice but their service is terrible. They didn't clean the room for 3 days, although we asked them 4 times. We lost the room cart, and they make us pay 5€ which is not nice from them. They say on trip.com that water is free and make u pay for it.

Lovely beautiful and clean Hotel & very comfortable, Nice warm & Friendly Staff. I would highly recommend it to other visitors, it's so convenient to Taksim square it's very central and breakfast was nice & tasty. It's very reasonable and cheap also kind regards Gary Walshe xx

It was my best trip ever I had to Istanbul everything was perfect as I expected :) clean room, staff was perfectly good manner! Breakfast was awesome. And it was close to the main street and malls around here so when you coming out of hotel you're going to reach everything you want in 2 minutes!!!

The staff was very good and their service was amazing included the breakfast!!! Elvin and Vahid Helped me out for everything I was needed in Istanbul thank you so much . Amazing team service room services ! Breakfast was self service so you can take anything you like !!!

First of all I would like to thank for the early checked in. I’m very appreciated. However, the staff who escorted me to the room opened my room while I was sleeping right after 1 hour. I don’t know why even I double locked the door from inside how could he opened it. It’s not safe. I complaint at reception and staff apologized and offered me free breakfast which is my booking was included. What a joke. The room 202 has smell and need renovation. If you travel alone I recommend to stay somewhere safer. Moreover, hotel did not accept credit card. Before the day I checked out the staff sent message via Booking. com to ask me review about my stay but after 1 hour I think they realize that I had bad experience of stay so they canceled my booking right away to avoid my review from booking. com. Or they tried to avoid to pay Booking. com commission

We stayed in this hotel for 5 day they didnt clean our room at all!! Every thing even water in not free and you must pay for it The breakfast was boring and didnt change in 5 day the servant was very rude beds are full of insects that bite you all night
