Gute Lage in der Nähe vieler Restaurants und ein oder zwei Pubs. Sehr schöne Einrichtungen und hilfsbereites Personal. Das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück war in Ordnung, jeden Tag gleichbleibend, hilfreich, dass es früh war. Die Zimmer waren etwas alt, aber sauber, bequemes Bett, schöner Balkon, heißes Wasser. Meine einzige Beschwerde war, dass es nur eine sehr ungünstig gelegene Steckdose gab, an die man alles anschließen konnte.

I wish I could give it a 0 but hey. Had originally booked for 2 nights however the treatment from staff was poor throughout. Some occasions: - asked for assistance to book a taxi. Staff refused saying they would not get enough of a cut to make it worth his while to call a taxi. - bed sheets were bloodstained - they refused to accept the complaint - no WiFi - technically it appears in the lobby but good luck using it. It won’t even appear from the rooms And worst case. I checked out a day early due to these aforementioned problems. They confirmed cancellation and said I’d get the money back. I accept and leave. Then they tell trip that actually they didn’t check me out and so refused to accept a cancellation..

The hotel was good for the price, the view from the room was great and it was clean. Breakfast was OK. Booked a double but they gave us a twin but it was easy to push the beds together. If you’re particular, you probably wouldn’t stay here but if you understand that you get what you pay for, this hotel is great.

I appreciated the lovely breakfast spread and the friendly and welcoming demeanor of most of the staff. The view of the Nile was stunning; however, I did find the area to be a little concerning at night. It would be helpful if guests were informed about the ongoing construction ahead of time, as the noise was quite disruptive during my stay. Additionally, I noticed that the AC in my room wasn't functioning properly, which impacted my comfort. Lastly, I found the reception staff to be a bit stiff and could benefit from a more approachable attitude. Also, it would be great to have wifi access beyond the lobby.

Beautiful views of the Nile, great pool, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A variety of food options with an Italian & Chinese restaurant on the property.

Hotel was Good . It was a little bit out dated and in need of an upgrade. Cleaning staff could do a better job with mopping and dusting. The bathtub needed to be scrubbed with chemicals as it was very dirty with yellow stains. Otherwise the hotel was very enjoyable.

We liked our time in this hotel, we enjoyed the swimming pool, just the breakfast was a bit disappointed, but the rest was fine.

We arrived at midnight for a one night stay and left in the morning to see the temples. Good location. Friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to provide better directions to find the 6th floor as the elevator stops on the 5th, and there was no signage to direct us towards our room. It was confusing and took longer than expected to find where we needed to go even with directions from the front staff.

早餐超級難吃 看完只吃兩口… 不符合亞洲人 現象也不多（隔壁Iberotel hotel 好吃一百倍） 房間一般般，空間還OK，但衛生程度很一般 造景漂亮

我們訂了一個3人的尼羅河景套間，訂房寫的一張雙人床一張單人床，圖片中一張大床、一張雙床，價格2100，普通的標間衹要600+，我們3位成人帶2孩子，酒店現場被要求加105刀多家一間房，我問説那我們所有人都住在套間，這個105刀的房間不住人可以嗎？酒店也是説沒問題，當時特別不能理解，但還是交錢吧。來了就預期被坑的 結果我們去了所謂的套件只有2張單人床，只有1米寬，別説三個人了，兩個人睡這個環境都不值得，帶着一家大小惹得我真的很惱火，哪裡是套間，廳也沒有沙發也沒有連個衣櫃也沒有，真是下套的套了，花了700多塊錢買了個跟套間一樣的房間還説特別待遇，🙄🙄 酒店像上世紀80年代的風格，就閃靈差不多的場景，很陰森酒店的走廊盡頭一面鏡子對着，不説了，看圖吧，真是吐不完的槽

這個還是挺推薦的，地理位置非常的優越，酒店的環境也很好，晚上看到了超級美的日落，還有很多人在這個酒店裡拍婚紗照，感覺是性價比超級高的一個五星級酒店。雖然説裏面設施可能會舊一點，但是還是不錯的。畢竟這個價格擺在這裏還是比較推薦的。但是，不要指望前台的人會幫你拿行李啊之類的！
