Having just returned from Tin suites after a 4 night stay I do not think I would stay again and would not recommend others stay either. I appreciate this is a new hotel however there will be some teething issues but 1 particular issue is more than a minor teething issue. The room cards have a high fault rate, resulting in constantly having top go back to front desk to reactivate the key when you are the 4th floor is very frustrating. Note this hotel does not have a lift. The daily breakfast is the same which after 2 days becomes very monotonous and they are unwilling to deviate to the extent you can only have your eggs one way - fried. The above 2 points are fairly minor and not a show stopper the main issue was their inability to resolve issues. On the first night my AC unit leaked water all over the floor of the room. I cleaned the floor as I was with young children and informed reception. Within 3 hours they informed me it had been repaired and apologised. On the 4 night the AC again leaked all over the floor, I slipped and injured my hip and lower back and 3 days later I am still in pain. The front of house staff are very polite and helpful, however the management of the hotel is poor and uncaring. I expected better from the sister hotel of the Ajwa. This hotel was recommended by the staff at the Ajwa I am not sure how a reputable hotel like the Ajwa can provide such poor customer experience.
