They say that getting to know a city or a country starts with a hotel. My acquaintance with Istanbul and Turkey started with this hotel. The stay was incredibly comfortable. All the staff have a very good level of English. The room is not very big, very beautiful and stylish. It will be comfortable for one or two people. There was a minibar in the room. Water, tea and coffee were replenished every day. Bed linen and towels were changed in the room every day, it's amazing, I've never seen anything like that. The hotel is very conveniently located, the main attractions are nearby. Next time I come to Istanbul, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Das Auto fährt hinein und die Gegend ist sicher und geschützt. Alles dank des Hotelpersonals von Brother Ibrahim Ma Qasr und der Hotelmanager, Herr Amrallah. Ξενοδοχείο στη πλατεία Ταξίμ , σε τοποθεσία που εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης και βρίσκεις πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτια χωρίς καθόλου θέα και με πολύ θόρυβο από το δρόμο. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό, μόνο η θέα από την αίθουσα του πρωϊνού αξίζει.

Die belebte Fußgängerzone ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. 4) Für Schlafzimmer bringen Sie am besten Ihre eigenen Gegenstände wie Hausschuhe, Handtücher, Zahnpasta und Zahnbürsten usw. mit. Well, I booked online for our family of 5 members. They advised they have an apartment suitable for us. When I reached there, we found that the apartment is not in the main building, we have to climb long stairs Infront of the building, then go up a little hill, then go up again the stairs for 3 floors with all the luggage just to find out that the apartment has only one AC in the main room but the other one with the sofa and extra bed has no AC in August!!!! That was very very disappointing since it was never mentioned anywhere, neither that the apartment is in a separate building nor it is in a higher floor or not fully air-condionned but what happened next was what made us feel at home. Bora, the one at the reception, who confirmed my booking then did his best to try shuffling some rooms so we can fit in the main building but since me and the rest of the family were willing to stay together, I suggested to try one night and see if we could handle the heat or we will need to move to more than one room in the main building. At night we had a wonderful window view of the old town and Galata tower that I wouldn't give for any air-conditoned room :))) Despite the apartment was very small and we could barely move but it was really clean and it had everything we could need to feel home. The sound of seagulls woke us up in the morning and we slept watching the moonlight covering Galata Tower at night. A wonderful experience i wish to repeat, we were lucky because it was full moon. They always sent someone to clean and change the bed sheets and towels, and they did their best helping with the luggage up and down. The day of check out, they were very generous, they made a discount on the full amount as an apology we didn't know much about the apartment, and the owner offered us simit and cheese, a very traditional yet yummy Turkish breakfast. I loved the stay, what made it beautiful was the generosity of the staff, how welcoming they were, the cleanness of the place and the unforgettable view of the apartment, I will definitely go back

I personally liked this hotel very much. There were a lot of things that made my staying there comfortable and enjoyable. The staff speaks English very well, everybody’s warm and hospitable. Thanks a lot to Hasan from the front desk who was helping us with any questions we had. Also a masseur Erkhan Ali, who gave a wonderful massage. A waiter Umit, who speaks Russian, is a very polite and nice guy. Frankly speaking, every worker in the hotel is polite and nice. The room was clean every time we needed a cleaning, the staff offered us umbrellas when it was rainy. Any problem we had was solved quickly and efficiently. Talking about minuses, we didn’t like our room the first time. There was bad smell in the hammam and a view of a wall. But after we asked for changing the room, it was changed into a better one with no extra payment. And also the second room had a trouble with water and heating - the water in the bathroom was constantly changing between super cold and boiling, and the heater was blowing with cold wind instead of hot. But these were the only troubles we had. The restaurant is amazing, the view from it is gorgeous - Bosphorus, the Suleymaniye Mosque, the Hagia Sophia Mosque, Galata tower, the New Mosque and Topkapi Palace. I strongly recommend this place for staying. Hope to come back again next time!

Wir waren in Istanbul und haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt hier sehr positiv beeindruckt. Zum einen waren die Zimmer modern eingerichtet, sauber und hygienisch. Was uns auch sehr überzeugt hat, war der freundliche Empfang und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Das ist immer auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen. Wir hatten jeden Tag eine große Frühstücks Vielfalt, die immer frisch geschmeckt hat. Die Lage ist auch perfekt im Zentrum. Alles in allem Top. Ich würde aufjedenfall wieder kommen!

Mein Freund und ich waren drei Nächte im Mount Ararat Hotel. Wir wurden von freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern begrüßt. Obwohl wir kaum in unserem Zimmer verblieben, hatte das Zimmer alles, was wir nach einem langen Tag im Freien brauchten. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, der Ort war sauber und so war das Badezimmer. Es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe und am Abend wurde die Nachbarschaft sehr lebhaft mit lokalen und Touristen. Wir waren froh, dass wir nach einem langweiligen Tag mit unserem Hotel in der Nähe etwas Essen und Getränke nehmen konnten. Am letzten Abend half Saleh uns, den Transport zum Flughafen zu organisieren, der oberste Nitz war! Andererseits hatten wir eine Vereinbarung mit Frühstück enthalten und es war etwas enttäuschend. Es war Buffet mit verschiedenen Auswahlen von Essen und Getränken, aber mein Freund und ich sind ein bisschen verrückt. Wir haben es lieber, etwas auf unserem Weg zum Stadtzentrum zu nehmen. Es ist jedoch kein Verbrechen. Alles in allem, guten Wert für Geld. Wir waren zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und würden sicher zurückkommen.

Sie können vom Flughafen aus mit einem Zug dorthin gelangen. Das Zimmer war sauber und klein, aber ich war alleine, also war es in Ordnung. Für 2 Personen ist es zu klein. Was mich gefreut hat, war, dass die Dusch- und Toilettenanlagen sehr sauber waren. Ich war überrascht, wie sauber es war. Die Dusche war geräumig genug und hatte Shampoo und einen Haartrockner, was sehr schön war. Es gab auch Wasserflaschen, die am nächsten Tag nachgefüllt wurden, was hilfreich war. Im ersten Stock gibt es auch einen Wasserserver. Vom Bahnhof bis zum Hotel sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wenn Sie jedoch die falsche Rolltreppe nehmen, um nach oben zu gelangen, sind Sie weit vom Hotel entfernt. Überprüfen Sie dies daher sorgfältig, bevor Sie die Rolltreppe hinauffahren. Da es in der Umgebung nicht viele Restaurants gibt, empfiehlt es sich für diejenigen, die früh morgens zum Flughafen fahren oder spät abends ankommen und ein Hotel suchen.

Tolles Hotel an guter Lage am Airport. Wir mussten früh zum Flieger und dafür ist es ideal. Zum Airport darf man nicht selber laufen, dafür gibt es alle 30 min einen gratis Shuttle Bus. Hotel Restaurant etwas teuer.
