I was going to wait until I completed my stay to write a review but compelled to make a start due to the excellent service that has been given thus far. The hotel itself is in a quiet street in islamabad with gated entry and exit. It has an essence of luxury and cleanliness that is consistent throughout the establishment. After my first night, a staff member enquired about how my stay was, to which I highlighted a very small issue with some noise in my room. This was brought to the attention of the manager ”Hamza” who looked to resolve my issue by offering me another room that was, in fact, larger and on a better side of the hotel. The hotel followed up on my satisfaction with my new room later in the day and looked to further improve on my stay by providing complimentary dinners and snacks to my room. Whilst I am sure I would have been somewhat content with my stay if the issue was left unresolved. This for me has placed this hotel as a must stay in islamabad for those looking for a peaceful setting and great customer service.

IFQ Islamabad Hotel war es wirklich schöne Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist großartig mit einem Fokus auf außergewöhnliche Service und Gastfreundschaft. Mein Zimmer war extrem schön und sauber großes Personal, insbesondere Front Office Team & Housekeeping Team. Vielen Dank für die sehr kurze Zeit arang Flughafen fällt aus. Wir kommen sicher bald wieder hoch empfohlen Hotel.

Ich denke, das größte Vermögen dieses Hotels ist die Nachbarschaft vieler wichtiger Büros und Institutionen. Von diesem aus besuchen wahrscheinlich verschiedene Beamte hier oft? Die besten Jahre sind definitiv hinterher. Zimmer renoviert, aber alles ist mit der Maus vergiftet. Die einzige plus große U-Bahn. Frühstück im Buffet mit viel Auswahl, aber unter lokalen Kunden. Kostenloses WLAN ist überall wahrscheinlich, mit dieser Hotelklasse, ist auch in Standard.Absolut zu diesem Preis empfehle ich nicht.

That's my second time I visited Ramada hotel Islamabad I'm not really leaving up in Pakistan we didn't book table we just walk in to check what's going on in there so we find it out fantastic Special thanks to chef making so tasty live potato pakors and other sort of things second thing goes to service manager Mr Naveed who is accomdating us with his best level and his team member Mr Younas to taking care of us and the tea he prepared for us something special out of world.
