This was a lovely hotel. The location was perfect for us because it was on the quieter side of the hotel although not accessible without golf cart or taxi. The breakfast in the morning was great. It has a very small beach but great pool area. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at IZLA hotel since it 1st opened so we have seen the changes of time. The Property is in like new condistion still, Staff is great. However what has changed is the nickle and dime charges and the excessove cost of thier food. It was $30 per persn for Breakfast option, yet yoy ucould order ala carte breakfast for 1/2 that. They give you 1 small 16oz bottle of water per day and they only sell Evian in the gift store for a outrageous cost, They now charge extra of you want a bali bed which sat empty the wntire time we were there. As for the propertym the room it was all stellar as always to us.

We loved this hotel! The rooms were large and clean. We had a beautiful balcony with an extremely beautiful view. The pools were fabulous. Yes, the beach is small, but it is a beach and not smaller than some of the beach clubs that we have gone to in the past.
I would highly recommend this hotel

I think it'll help if they had microwaves and refrigerators in their rooms. They know majority of the people are visiting from out of the country. It would've been nice to have somewhere to refrigerate your left overs.

The images on the website could be a bit deceiving, the pool is much smaller, the beach access as well.
The staff was hit and miss, some where super nice and friendly and others would totally ignore you.

The hotel & staff are very friendly, helpful and nice! It's location is a bit more secluded from the northern, busier part of town. There are a couple of restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk. The food is pretty decent, but it does cost a lot. The beach is tiny and there's a lot of sea****, but the view is beautiful and peaceful. The place is super clean, the lobby smells great and taxis are easy to get unless you choose the popular golf cart option, which is about $100/day.

The hotel was fine and clean, but it was really far away from everything interesting in Isla Mujeres. We rented a golf cart, but we would've had a much better time if we had stayed closer to the north side of the island. The restaurants were really expensive and not the best, so we felt like they knew they had a captive crowd who were reluctant to leave. The hotel does have a beach but it was full of sea**** and smelled awful when we visited, so beware of that.
