Dieses Hotel als 4-Sterne Hotel anzupreisen ist eine absolute Frechheit!!! Das Zimmer war alt und heruntergekommen. Im Parterre eines Anbaus. Es hatte viele Käfer im Zimmer - eklig! Ich hatte mir am Abend den Knöchel gebrochen und konnte kaum gehen (immerhin hatte mir der Receptionist Eis gebracht.) Beim Frühstück - wie gesagt ich konnte das Bein kaum belasten - standen 3 Kellner (es waren nur 5 Gäste anwesend) herum und schauten mir zu, wie ich humpelnd mehrmals zum Büffet gegangen bin. Keiner hätte sich anerboten, mir etwas zu bringen! Ich hatte dann an der Reception nach einem Arzt gefragt. Man hat mich an den "Physiotherapeuten" im Hotel verwiesen, der einen Laienhaften Verband gemacht hatte, der den Knöchel in keinster Weise stützte! Ich hätte eine elastische Bandage gebraucht. Beim Checkout hatte man mir 60€ für eine Behandlung verrechnet, die ich nicht nutzte. Keine Entschuldigung - nichts

Could be excellent hotel as perfect position and has style but poor management makes it average. No internet in bedroom Lovely sea and wide views from superior room. Filthy shower next to thermal pool. Reported but still like it two days later. Management informed but did nothing about it. Very knowledgeable and helpful receptionist called Giovanni- should be manager. Tide mark all around the thermal pool which spoils what could be a wonderful place. Breakfast staff never explained breakfast etiquette and it was hard to get their attention though fine once you did. They seem more interested in filling up the water jugs than in helping clients. Orange juice was some weird cheap flavoured water. Omelettes were good. Had lunch around pool and that was excellent so breakfast could easily be improved. No internet in bedroom. Reported but again management ignored. Lovely pool area but recliners not perfectly cleaned - end of season grubby look. Staff at pool were every kind. Pampered us which we liked. No soap in pool toilet and urine smell. No sign of cleaning. Bedroom was lovely and great views from Superior room. Room was cleaned. AC did not work -pumped out air but not cold! Could be a brilliant hotel with effective management. I shall visit next year as location is perfect for elderly couple like us and I hope for improvement.

Very nice hotel, amazing staff; Hotel itself requires some TLC especially around the inside pool and steam room; that being said it is immaculately clean, with friendly, English-speaking staff. Great outside pool area with warm water (in May when sea temperatures resembled iceberg) Tip: if booking out of season do so directly with the hotel (found amazing deal around £70 cheaper than via comparison website for a 3-day stay)

Hotel is in a great location, the pool area is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite dated, if you look too closely you will see it needs work doing to it. The rooms are clean but basic, one side of the bed had a lamp the other didn’t. We requested a lamp but it never came. Products in the bathroom are poor, take your own! Some of the plug sockets didn’t work. But we weren’t in the room much only for sleeping and getting changed so the location made up for the rest of it.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes feom the beach and 2 minutes from the main/shopping streat. The receptionist was kind and helped us. We asked for an iron and it wasn’t available for 2 days. They steamed our clothes for free :) The swimming pool looked nice but wearing a cap was mendatory which was unpleasent because 30°, so we skipped the swimming pool.

We did not get the room we booked. It was extremely uncomfortable. Mould in the shower. Terrible reception staff. Extremely unhelpful. I would describe the hotel as a budget hotel with no frills. The worst mattresses we have every had. The pool seems pleasant and it is a convenient location. Definitely would not recommend if you are looking for comfort. Also no satellite tv

The management is very difficult and they made NO accommodation for any changes. Do not book through them directly and probably best to find another hotel. We made our reservations in November of last year 2022 and had to cancel by March 2023. That gave them 4 months to fill the one single room. Adequate time! But they gave zero refund for a full amount paid. I tried to have the amount credited to a friend who was staying there but they were uncooperative. Not a good public relations experience.

The plus points: The hotel is ideally located. I had a spacious room and a very comfortable bed. The towels were fluffy and soft. The minus points: We arrived in a group and check-in was very slow. The furnishings in the room were very dated. The bathroom was in need of renovation - the shower cubicle was tiny with signs of mould and the showerhead was not adjustable. A shelf for toiletries would have been welcome, too. I got a few bad mosquito bites during the night. I was concerned not to find any fire instructions in the room. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful - there was an abundance of pastries and cake, but I would have appreciated a larger choice of fruit and cereals. We had an evening meal at the hotel one evening; compared with the meals we had at other establishments during our stay in Ischia, it was just OK. My room was not cleaned on one day and nobody seemed particularly bothered in Reception when I reported it. Unfortunately I cannot review the Wellness facility as I didn't have time to visit it.

Last day of our trip and my husband and I treated ourselves to a morning at the spa. The service was great. From the spa (I highly recommend the Queen Experience), to the pool and then to the restaurant.
