Premier Inn Inverness Centre (River Ness)

Die Lage war großartig und das Zimmer war auch sehr geräumig. Es gab jedoch sehr begrenzte Parkplätze und wir nahmen den letzten verfügbaren Platz für den Tag. Sonst müssen wir woanders parken und zurück zum Hotel laufen. Das Hotel war sehr schön und das Personal war auch freundlich. Guter Ort zum übernachten.

I could not recommend this hotel enough. Such a contrast to the previous 2 nights. The staff were great and very helpful almost anticipating our need before we voiced it. I would especially commend Maria and Gary as being so helpful. It is central to the town and you can walk into town so do not need to move your car. You do have to pay for parking but this meant that we knew our car was save.

Another brilliant stay the staff here are amazing especially Maria and also Greg who always make sure I have a smooth check in and comfortable stay best hotel in Inverness in my opinion and I’ve been to pretty much all of them I would definitely recommend.

For a premier inn, the price is very expensive and doesn’t include the breakfast. Room was nice and clean, comfy as you’d expect, but the WiFi didn’t work but there is an option to upgrade for more money! Shower was amazing, beds and pillows great. Staff quite friendly. Paid extra for the breakfast but most on offer was luke warm or dried up. Coffee machine wasn’t working! Was put off having an evening meal after being told it was take a long time because there was only one chef working…..despite the restaurant being empty apart from one table of 6-7….i got the hint and decided to eat outside the hotel. Wasn’t impressed with the stay and will heavily consider supporting more of the local b&b’s in future.

We stayed at River Ness from 30.03 to 05.04 Team Paul, Tyler, Nathan, Gary,Alen are excellent and professional. Thank you for everything. The hotel is nice and tidy, the a**osphere is family. All the best. Thank you and greetings from Croatia.

I had a very comfortable and clean room overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely decorated and the bathroom and furniture were functionally very good. I liked that I could control the room temperature. Check in was rapid and friendly, the breakfasts were excellent and staff service was also very good. The hotel is well located with very easy access to the shops and restaurants in the centre of Inverness. I had a very pleasant stay here and can highly recommend this hotel. Other family members have previously had a similar positive experience.

This was probably one of the cleanest Premier Inns we have stayed in. Fantastic location - not too far from the centre. Breakfast was typical Premier Inn buffet breakfast - plenty of food, no empty dishes or waiting for food to be topped up. Friendly and helpful staff. A slight negative - we arrived at 3pm after a very long drive (over 7 hours) and the room was not ready until 3.30pm. We had to hang around in reception until this was sorted. Reception did however arrange for free parking for the length of our stay as an apology for our slight inconvenience.
