The best accommodation so far with a variety of facilities like a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. The unit provided was also in good and clean condition, with basic needs such as a refrigerator, water purifier, android tv with a netflix account, and even a washing machine provided. Will definitely come back again in the future 😍

Das Hotel liegt zentral, Streetfood und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sauberkeit und Service sind gut, Personal spricht eingeschränkt Englisch, teilweise schwere Verständigung. Während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts gab es keinen Betreiber für das Frühstücksrestaurant. Eine sehr eingeschränkte Auswahl an lauwarmen Speisen aus Plastikboxen wurde täglich wechselnd zwar geboten, allerdings musste der Verzehr auf dem Zimmer erfolgen. Abgestandener Kaffee inklusive. Das Frühstück war den Preis nicht wert. Schade.

Hotel room is comfortable clean and sound proof is very good. My room facing the sea and its next to road side but it is very quiet and without noises from cars.only thing need to improve is the front desk staff(male) We check in around 6pm+. We double confirm with the front desk that we booked a twin room and requested for a corner quiet room as we are staying for 4 nights. I was surprised that the staff told us the hotel was fully booked and only left with king bed room. While I showed him my booking was twin room how can it be fiull8ng book! Then he no choice but he let us wait for more than 30 mins to get us a twin room. While waiting for the room I check the twin room was still available for the 4 days in agoda, *********** and trip.com. How can this happen in a five star hotel??

Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Auch die Fahrt mit dem Taxi ist sehr praktisch, da der Bettbezug fleckig war und ich keine Probleme mit dem Essen hatte voll. Da nicht jedes Zimmer über eine Waschmaschine verfügt, müssen Sie das Hotel im Voraus benachrichtigen, da die Waschmaschine möglicherweise nicht der Nachfrage entspricht. Es gibt Restaurants in der Umgebung und es gibt Einkaufszentren und viele Restaurants, wenn man in Richtung Stadt läuft. Ich werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Penang reise, wieder hier übernachten.

The Millen is an elegant hotel, beautifully crafted to make us feel like we'd stepped into one of the HGTV designed homes! We'd booked a room with seaview on 6 July 3025, and were given a high floor. It was so great to wake up to the sun reflecting on the sea. The bathroom with 2 vanities was so big and spacious, and the bathtub was right beside the window with the magnificent view! The hotel incorporated modern technology to make our stay so user friendly - a tap of the room card in the lift sensor will bring us directly to our level (there are only 4 buttons to press to go to the public areas). The curtains in the room opened/closed with the touch of a button too. We enjoyed the breakfast main courses at the Lili. All the staff were friendly and helpful; they decorated our room for husband's birthday, and served us a slice of cake upon check-in (and welcome drinks at the reception). We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives!

Dies ist das Hotel, in dem Sie den besten Aufenthalt in Penang verbringen können. Das Zimmer war neu und elegant und die Farben, Dekorationen und die Qualität des Bettes machten es sehr komfortabel. Vor allem die Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Personals war wunderbar und beeindruckend. Dieses Mal blieb ich bei meiner Tochter und war sehr froh, dass alle sie immer mit einem Lächeln und freundlich behandelten. Auch der Kinderclub ist gut ausgestattet und die Verantwortlichen sind sehr talentiert. Meine Tochter hat es jeden Tag gerne benutzt. Der Nachteil war, dass der Kühlschrank im Zimmer zu klein war, um Getränke kalt zu halten, und der Haartrockner schwer und schwer zu bedienen war. Ich würde jedoch auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Obwohl wir einige harte Kritiken gesehen haben, können Sie gerne bei uns bleiben. Es wird bald ein repräsentatives Hotel in Penang sein. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt um die Altstadt zu erkunden  Bushaltestelle in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen  In näherer Distanz befinden sich eine Wäscherei,die sehr zu empfehlen is Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ,ist nicht zu beanstanden  Das Frühstück ist für europäische Verhältnisse einfach aber völlig ausreichend,es gab frisches Obst ,Rührei und Toast .Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit  Alles in allem,sehr zu empfehlen

Renoviertes Hotel mit brandneuen Möbeln und gutem Ambiente. Gute Lage im Stadtzentrum und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück. Allerdings kein Swimmingpool oder Fitnessstudio. Gut für einen Kurzurlaub (wir sind hierhergekommen, um an Kenduri teilzunehmen).

Das Marriot Penang Hotel Apartment ist neu, perfekt und sehr geräumig. Lage ist groß, im Gegensatz zu den neuen reklamierten Gurbey-Wandern & Garten und dem Meer. Aussehen und Gefühl des Innenraums ist modern und sehr angenehm. Wir mögen es sehr. Schwimmbad ist sauber und der Fitnessraum ist auch großartig. Der Kaffee & Pasta im Erdgeschoss ist großartig, sollte es versuchen. Thumbs bis zu Marriots Penang Hotel mgmt und das ausgezeichnete Personal für den besten Service.. wir werden wiederkommen.

The hotel is modern and very pretty! Love the decoration and design. It’s clean, the bed is comfortable (not the pillow) and I love the shower water pressure and the idea of having water dispenser for sustainability drive. A few things that disappointed a little: 1. Was assigned to room 212 which is located close to lift, I barely slept on the first night. One group of guests walked pass ard 12:50am and were talking and laughing so loudly, followed by the loud door closing sound (no soft closing). Then another group came back around 1:45am and I woke up because of the loud door opening and closing sound (3 times)…the aircon was centralised and quite cold, tried adjusting to higher temperature with lower volume but the control parcel is useless. The pillow was not comfortable also, the cotton was not even, too high for my liking. Morning 8:45am the house keeping person tried accessing the store room and entered the wrong PIN code for a few times and the beeping sound was non stop and I woke up again :( 2. Thankfully we were changed to another room at level 3, I managed to sleep better for the 2nd and 3rd night. But when we came back on Day 3, I wanted to watch TV but the remote control was missing. We called the front desk for a few times but no answer around 11pm, had to go down and request for the remote control to be delivered to my room. Guess what, we waited for 15 mins but no one came, called again and finally the house keeping staff showed up after 5 mins. Then when we opened the door, he asked us multiple times that why it’s missing and even requested us to check drawers etc. we searched everywhere before we called, only being accused after waiting for 20 mins. Then waited another 5 mins for him to get a new one and came back. So speechless… 3. I like the free coffee service that they offer, however there’s no food options and no room service. Most of the nearby shops close early and it’s quite hard to find for food at night if you are hungry 4. Not all the staffs are very friendly, the lady receptionist that we encountered was not super friendly and helpful. She told me that when we came down, the replacement room would be ready but it’s not, I waited for another 5 mins standing there until she got everything sorted out. Felt that she was unwilling to help
