We received a very warm welcome when we arrived in the morning. We are allowed to check into our room early despite the check in time is 12pm, and we received free movie tickets too. There is a range of Chinese tea to choose from for the afternoon tea. The breakfast is yummy, and the service is fantastic, the lady manager arrange to send us to the train station when we leave . I Will definitely recommend This hotel to all my friends.

計劃去天路選擇在張家樓落腳，比較了一下選擇了這家藍鯨瑞海，他的前身是洲際華邑酒店，之後藍鯨集團成立才改為藍鯨瑞海酒店！酒店坐落在張家口市中心的位置，樓下就是銀座和容辰廣場，想下樓吃飯逛街購物都非常方便！還有永輝超市和橫店電影院！他家有地上和地下的免費停車場，入住酒店的客人都可以享受！一進入酒店大堂就能感覺到寬廣明亮，大堂透着高端大氣的感覺！因為預訂的房間還沒打掃出來，酒店前台服務人員也非常熱情和貼心的幫忙給房間做了升級！這個非常必須表揚一下！瑞海的早餐也很豐富！早餐時間是6：30到10：00，這個很不錯！推薦！

酒店設施非常好，在攜程定的家庭套房，房間是雙卧帶客廳，非常大，但是平台衹給配2個早餐，前台服務員給孩子送了一個早餐，有心了！服務很到位，加被子加蚊香加水都是有求必應，停車也免費，二樓的餐廳葱燒海蔘做的非常好吃，下次去張家口還會入住。

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!).

酒店環境很好，雲頂地區算是環境最好的，有接駁車到雲頂樂園很方便。家庭房面積不小，不足之處是房間光線比較暗，上下床邊框設計的不太合理，容易磕腿。上下鋪的空間沒有遮擋，畢竟有時家庭房不一定住的都是小孩子，沒有門可以加個簾子。房間沒有冷風，衹能靠開不了太大的窗户縫來透氣，白天比較憋悶。淋浴水流較小。服務還有提升的空間，入住時沒有主動告知早餐的時間和地點，以及房間贈送的其他服務如何使用。

Der Skiplatz kann in den Skiplatz und aus der Lage gehen, die Umgebung ist schön, die Luft ist gut, die erste Etage der Eltern- und Kinderspielzone ist intim und die Eltern- und Kinderaktivitäten. We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza . Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful. The restaurant staff are really spot on too. Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok. Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna . Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

During the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. Es ist ein weiteres Jahr Skizeit, unsere Familie hat wieder das Golden Ski Hotel gewählt. Der ehemalige Verkaufsmanager von Zhou Red hat mich im Voraus kontaktiert und mich mit einem Brief über meine Bedürfnisse gefragt. Sie können kostenlos parken und in der Woche kommen weniger Skigebiete. Wir haben dieses Mal 35-Pfund-Familienhaus geplant, aber das Aufenthaltsgefühl ist sehr dunkel. Ich habe viel anderes als mein letztes Jahr. Ich habe mich an den Verkaufsmanager von Zhou Red gemeldet, um zu fragen, ob ich das Zimmer wechseln kann. Der Zhou Red Manager ist besonders gut. Ich habe uns direkt auf das große Elternhaus, das letztes Jahr gelebt hat, aktualisiert. Ob die Temperatur oder die Helligkeit des Zimmers ein Niveau erhöht haben, bin ich zu zufrieden. Wir lebten vier Tage und das Frühstück ist auch besonders reichhaltig jeden Tag, weil es der Cheng-Rod-Manager hat, die das Kind bei der Skifahrt zu helfen, und ich und der Vater des Kindes können sich bequem im Zimmer ausruhen und büro. Es ist gut, wo man umgibt, und man kann auch in das Krönungshaus gehen. Dieses Gefühl ist genauso gut wie im vergangenen Jahr, und das nächste Mal möchte ich noch in Golden Shuttle leben.
