Die Hotels sind auch gut. Die Tüte ist komfortabel. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt und ist überall bequem zu Fuß. Das Deklarationsmuseum ist auch in der Nähe.

The hotel service is wonderful and the breakfast taste great and have variety choices, even though I am vegetarian. The welcome fruits surprise us. I would give 5-Star+ to this hotel. GGastnutzerDieser Aufenthalt übersteigt wirklich alle Erwartungen. Da Ausländer im Dezember zum ersten Mal Zhangjiakou besuchten, sowohl für Reisen als auch für Skifahren, konnte die Gesamterfahrung nicht besser gewesen es war absolut top-notch 👍.
Von dem Moment an, als wir in die Lobby gingen, wurden wir mit einem Gefühl der Wärme und echte Gastfreundschaft begrüßt. Das Front Desk Personal war unglaublich gedankenvoll und aufmerksam. Sie bemerkten unverzüglich, dass wir mit Kindern reisen und ein bisschen Gepäck hatten, und proaktiv Hilfe angeboten, was uns sehr gut für uns sorgte.
Das Frühstück bot eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, verschiedene Geschmacksempfehlungen zu treffen, und die Verfügbarkeit von Spät-Nacht-Snacks war ein wunderbarer Bonus, vor allem nach einem langen Skitage.
Insgesamt, ob es die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details auf dem Front Desk, die Komfort und Qualität der Unterkunft, oder die hervorragende Nahrungs- und Getränkeservice war, dieses Hotel wirklich auf allen Fronten geliefert. Es ist absolut eine ideale Wahl für Familien, die mit Kindern reisen, und wir würden Atour für jeden, der Zhangjiakou besucht, sehr empfehlen.

QQueenNatWooThere were good things and bad things for this weekend trip. The bad things did not ruin the trip and we still have a great time. First, the parking here is so horrible. We drove around a few times to find a spot to oark. We couldn’t drive up to check-in. The parking garage was full and asking the guard about where to park he said the lot and garage were at capacity. We arrived well after the checkin time but our room was not ready and were still being cleaned. It took 4 people to check us in but they eventually got it sorted but this was an issue that was not in their control. They made the process very smooth and stored our luggage as we waited in the lobby. They have Starbucks” in the lobby and we waited for the rooms. The rooms were amazing and had that old world few feel to them. The beds were comfortable and the suites were very spacious. We had both a 1 bedroom suite and an executive suite. The breakfast did not live up to expectations they were slow to refill juices and left with a feeling of being mediocre. Steamed buns were soggy. We ordered food from
Delivery and ate dinner out.

GGastnutzerMeine Familie und meine Kinder haben alle sehr positiv über diesen Aufenthalt gesprochen. Der Raum ist groß genug und das Servicepersonal hat eine sehr gute Einstellung. Besonders Frau Liu Tao an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Auf meine kurze Nachfrage half sie mir beim Wechsel in ein Zweibettzimmer. Sie schenkte mir auch eine große Überraschung, ein kostenloses Upgrade auf das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Schnee, was ein tolles Erlebnis war . Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Skiausrüstungshalle, in der Sie frei hinein- und hinausgleiten können. Dieses Mal habe ich meine Kinder zum Skifahren mitgenommen, und es war die beste Zeit, die ich schon so oft in Chongli verbracht habe. Abbildung 3-4 ist eine reale Aufnahme des Balkons des Raumes.

QQueenNatWooTook a trip with the family for my birthday weekend and some family time. The hotel was amazing. Great staff and location was perfect for traveling around the area. They have underground parking and even have a PlayStation near the hotel elevators so you can pay or locate your car. Parking garage elevators are separate from the hotel room elevators. Close to shopping and eateries and the pool was great for doing some laps my son and husband have the pool to theirselves. There were two lifeguards on duty. We took a trip over to the Gate and ate at the restaurant on the second floor. Food was very delicious and the service was top notch. It was a great ending to a relaxing weekend. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely go again.

Wir blieben in diesem Hotel als Gruppe, und unsere Erfahrung war absolut erstaunlich von Anfang bis Ende. Das Hotelpersonal war unglaublich unterstützend, flexible und immer bereit, zu helfen. Sie gingen wirklich die zusätzlichen Meile, um unseren Anfragen zu entsprechen und uns bei allen Fragen zu helfen, die während unseres Aufenthalts aufgetreten sind.
Wir reservierten eine Standard-Apartment Suite im Süden und ein Deluxe-Bergblick im Hauptgebäude, beide waren sehr sauber, komfortabel, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alles war gedankt vorbereitet, macht unser Aufenthalt entspannt und angenehm.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer schönen Variante, und es war sehr bequem, wenn es für mehrere Personen enthalten war. Das Skipaket war perfekt organisiert Skipasse, schneller Zugang, früher Kabel-Boarding, Transfers von Taizcheng High-Speed Railway Station, und zusätzliche Aktivitäten wie Yoga und Pilates machte das gesamte Erlebnis reibungslos und stressfrei.
Als Ausländer schätzten wir wirklich, wie einfach und willkommen alles fühlte. Dank des Hotelteams hat uns der Ski in China einen sehr positiven und erinnerlichen Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Lage ist hervorragend für den Skifahren, und die Bergblicke sind schön.
Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre warm, professionell und freundlich wir fühlten uns wirklich betreut.
Wir würden sicher zurückkommen und dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, jemanden zu planen, einen Skiausflug oder einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in der Gegend.

HHudiemeixianziDer Service war ausgezeichnet, und das Zimmer war auch nicht zu heiß. Die gesamte Anlage des Hotels ist sehr gut gepflegt. Wenn es ein Problem im Zimmer gab, kam das Personal schnell und löste es umgehend. Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt hier, insgesamt waren wir fünf Tage. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, es liegt günstig an der Liftstation des Skigebiets. Wir werden definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!
