"Ich habe dieses Hotel zufällig entdeckt. Es liegt im vierten Stock des Laiya-Kaufhauses. Es ist leicht zu finden. Es liegt neben der Zhongshan Road und direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist recht bequem. Der Service ist sehr gut, fast genauso gut wie in High-End-Hotels oder sogar noch besser. Beim Einchecken wird einem nicht nur mit dem Gepäck geholfen, sondern man erklärt einem auch die Zimmerausstattung und die kostenlose Nutzung des Waschraums. Beim Auschecken bekommt man auch noch ein kleines Geschenk, was sehr nett ist. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu, die Matratze und die Bettdecke sind in Ordnung, aber die Dusche ist heiß und kalt und die Temperatur kann nicht konstant gehalten werden und der Wasserfluss lässt sich nicht regulieren, was für Kinder beim Baden unbequem ist. Der Raum ist gut schallisoliert und außer dem Öffnen und Schließen von Türen in anderen Räumen sind praktisch keine anderen Geräusche zu hören."

(Da ich dieses Hotel nur vorübergehend gefunden habe, habe ich mir die meisten Hotels in der Umgebung im Bereich von 400 bis 800 angesehen und nur dieses hatte die am wenigsten schlechten Bewertungen in Bezug auf Hygiene) Umgebung: Das Layout ist ziemlich trendig. Ursprünglich habe ich jedes Mal, wenn ich hierher kam, im Huashida in Mixc übernachtet, weil es in der Nähe der Zhongshan Road liegt. Ich habe mir mehrere Stunden lang Hotels in der Nähe angesehen und plötzlich dieses hier gesehen. Ich hatte vorher zu viele Vergleiche angestellt und bin zufällig auf dieses hier gestoßen, weil es ein freies Zimmer hatte. Die Dame am Service-Schalter ist so hübsch und höflich. Die beiden Service-Jungs sind so begeistert. Ehrlich gesagt werde ich bei meinem nächsten Besuch wieder dieses Lokal wählen."

"Amazing service. We are very happy with our stay. Staff (especially Mrs Lee , xiao yun) were very helpful and went out of their way to help us out. One of the best 4-star hotels that we have stayed at. Room was very big (and clean) which is main reason I booked the inner room and the Hotel didn't dispoint me. Also the room is quiet, the sound insulation is good. They also have 24hr free self service laundry room (great facatility). If you have any expectation, you can always talk to front desk. They are very helpful. Location is great, virtually on Zhong Shan Rd ; 3min walk to city site seeing bus top, 10min walk from Gulanyi island return ferry terminal. My kids had so much fun with the room facilities voice control - smart control. Awesome hotel - highly reccomend."

Es ist sehr bequem, in die Stadt zu fahren und Büroarbeiten zu erledigen. Nachteile: Es gibt keine Steckdose zum Aufladen am Bett, um eine zu finden, was beim Duschen sehr umständlich ist Ich muss die Abflusslochabdeckung anheben, um sie wieder in den Normalzustand zu versetzen. Ich frage mich, ob es sich um eine schlecht gestaltete Lochabdeckung handelt."

Ffernanda9Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Xiao Weiß ist sehr nett, uns den ersten Klasse-Zimmertyp zu aktualisieren. Ich habe auch Kinder mit kleinem Beatle ～ sehr warm geschickt. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr lecker. Es hat die schönen Wüstenblätter gegessen, die es vor den Tagen vor der Insel gegessen hat. Das Hotel im Paket ist auch sehr lecker, aber der kleine Gelbfisch ist etwas weniger. Ein kleiner. Als der Passagierverkehr am Ende September nicht groß war, ging er um 11 Uhr auf die Insel, setzte sich perfekt um die Kissen, entweicht die Sonnenstürme und ging am Nachmittag nach Hause. Es dauerte 50 Jahre, um die Kissen auf der Insel zu nehmen, und 150 drei Zornprovinzen. Die meisten Speisen auf der Insel sind normal, aber das Ocean Restaurant ist nicht schlecht. Wenn Sie Zeit haben, bleiben Sie auf der Insel. Und die Sonne vor Mittag, die Kinder am Meer mitzubringen und Wasser zu spielen. Eine Nacht auf der Insel zufällig zu Fuß, ist ein sehr kostengünstiger Ort. Die Liu-Gate ermöglicht Ihnen eine Ferienerfahrung in Sanya und eine Illusion von Hongkong und Macau durch die Straße Korridoren ～

The staff also friendly to help when I do not have Didi apps and even paid for me in advance and on then I re pay them separately. Overall, good and breakfast also not bad. Many variety and taste okay to me. Level 3. Just the lift very crowded during peak hours. Dislike a little that king bed size is merged using two single bed type only.

MMaizhuIch war positiv überrascht und völlig überrascht. Mein bisheriger Eindruck vom Novotel im Ausland war, dass es ein stilvolles, gehobenes und dynamisches Hotel ist. Dieser Aufenthalt im Novotel Xiamen Center hat diesen Eindruck komplett verändert. Das Hotel befindet sich im **-Gebäude und das hochwertige, elegante Design fällt sofort ins Auge. Die Liebe zum Detail in jedem Aspekt des Hotels ist in Xiamen außergewöhnlich. 👍 Der Service beim Check-in, Wäscheservice, Essen und Check-out war perfekt. Jeder Mitarbeiter hatte ein aufrichtiges Lächeln, was eine wundervolle Erfahrung war!

RRam KondaAt first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sparse when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

GGastnutzerFirst of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. But if you are looking for a value for money decent and clean place to sleep and to have a cooked breakfast before going out out and about xiamen city for sightseeing, then this hotel is highly recommended. Just forget about the HOLIDAY INN part!

MMacDsOnTourDas Hotel war in Ordnung. Das Bett war für westliche Verhältnisse etwas hart, aber alles war sehr sauber. Ich kann gar nicht genug Gutes über Herrn Micheal Chen sagen, dessen Englisch außergewöhnlich und seine Höflichkeit unglaublich waren. Er half uns sogar, unsere Fährtickets nach Gulangyu zu buchen! Wenn Sie ihn treffen, fragen Sie nach Fawlty Towers! 🤣 Das Gleiche kann man von einer Dame, die am Frühstücksbuffet arbeitete, nicht sagen. Ich bekam einen Teller Brot zum Teilen und mir wurde gesagt, wenn ich Brot so sehr mag, dann verkaufen sie es!!!! Es kam mir so vor, als würde sie uns jedes Mal mustern, wenn wir etwas essen gingen. Ich bezweifle, dass sie das zu irgendjemandem mit einem Teller voller Knödel sagte. Wir fühlten uns jedes Mal unwohl, wenn wir danach zum Frühstück gingen, und das ist kein Zeichen für ein gutes Hotel. Ich werde nicht nach Xiamen zurückkehren, aber wegen ihr würde ich, wenn ich es täte, ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Booked ji xin room type and expected room not worse than photos and size and furniture as advertised in trip.com It's the first time I encounter staff kept telling me my room is a ”special offer” room at check in process when I didn't ask anything about the room. She was very friendly and even offered to usher us to our room. When we exit lift at level 9, she led us to a hidden stairs behind the lift. So no wonder she has to led us because the ”special offer” room was hidden. The wall and corridor looked different from the normal rows of rooms from lift level. When we went in the room, we realised it's very small but didn't immediately check trip.com photos and booking details. We put our bags and left quickly for dinner. When we returned I don't think the room matched what I booked here so I went to the counter and inform the same staff. At this moment, I understand why she kept using the words ”special offer room” when I checked in. Advertised pictures of the room type showed several different designs but all have space for table and chair. The room given to me only has leg space around the double bed and a low cabinet (height of stool) near the door. Shower and toilet are in the same space which means toilet will be wet when u shower. This room is 902. At the counter, the staff said I should have rejected the room at first glance and she doesn't have other rooms which looked more like the advertised rooms because I rejected too late. Her colleague besides her said the hotel has many different rooms. She said my room is ”special offer room” and they don't bother to look at my phone to see trip.com photos and listed space and furniture provided. I made the colleague look at trip.com room photos and tell me the type of room they belong to. To my horror, the staff sad those are Yi yue rooms and not yi xin. So I asked them if they are telling me that the hotel used yi yue room photos as advertisements to sell yi xin rooms. Then she became quiet and the girl suddenly has other room for me to change. Although the new room (also level 9) still didn't have the table and chair as per listed in trip.com booking details and photos but at least it is far more decent. Please be careful if you have already booked this hotel!

AAK@MYOur first impression of the hotel was truly positive, staff greeted us warmly, provided us welcome drink and gift and even arranged an early check-in @ about 1:40pm, which was much appreciated. We stayed in a ”Family Friendly Room” that was spacious and cosy. It is an excellent choice for families with children. One minor drawback was that the bathroom didn’t have an attached wash basin, which might not suit everyone. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. The hotel offers thoughtful amenities, including complimentary use of washing and drying machines, as well as a simple afternoon tea. Its location is ideal, right in the heart of the tourist area, perfect for shopping and discovering delicious local Xiamen cuisine. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our three-day, two-night stay. A restful and pleasant experience and highly recommended!
