Starting with the smart check in person Nishant who speaks wonderful English, going on with the nice room service ladies to all people serving breakfast, the lovely chef from Xian with his great dishes. Ich bin eine internationale Reisende aus Kalifornien, USA, und dies war das beste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe! Normalerweise buche ich für meine Familie (meinen Mann, unseren vierjährigen Sohn und mich) nur Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, und dieses Hotel in Tiantai hat uns wirklich umgehauen. Das Design und die Einrichtung sind wunderschön – man fühlt sich wie in einem Zen-Garten mit edlem Grün und einem Koiteich. Der Koiteich ist wunderschön, und die Fische sind kerngesund. Das Hotelpersonal war außerdem überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frau Zhang begleitete uns am ersten Tag unserer Ankunft in ein Restaurant, und DingDing war sehr lieb zu unserem vierjährigen Sohn. Der Service war erstklassig, und ich hatte keinerlei Kommunikationsprobleme, obwohl meine Chinesischkenntnisse begrenzt sind und meine Familie kein Chinesisch spricht. Mein Mann hatte zu einer unmöglichen Zeit (von 4 bis 8 Uhr morgens!) Telefonate mit Kalifornien, und man erlaubte ihm, den Teeraum für seine Videoanrufe zu nutzen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls fantastisch – es war das günstigste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe, und gleichzeitig das beste! Ich habe wirklich das Gefühl, dass dieses Hotel das Herzensprojekt von jemandem mit einer großen Vision und hervorragendem Geschmack war. Die Pflegeprodukte von Le Labo waren eine so unerwartete Überraschung. Ich habe Familie in Tiantai, daher werde ich ganz sicher wiederkommen und freue mich schon sehr auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt hier!

Uns wurde gesagt, dass es in jedem Zimmer nur eine Uhrzeit gäbe. Warum steht dann auf Ihrer Detailseite zum kostenlosen Service „Hin- und Rückfahrt“? Dass der Service nicht erbracht wurde, kann ich nachvollziehen, da wir erst um 22 Uhr zum Bahnhof Taizhou zurückgekehrt sind. Aber warum sollten Sie uns zu Beginn klar darüber informieren, dass Sie einen Hin- und Rückflugservice anbieten, uns aber täuschen, dass dieser Service nur einmalig ist? The descriptions other guests said about the staff - For me, although I don't have many requests to the staff, just hope they can help me checkin well. But the staff in Yunman Hotel, they did great job. Checking-in well is one thing, they introduced me a lot for Taizhou local traditional foods and where I can go for looking. That really satisfied me well. 3. No so chain hotel - Actually I don't like those chain hotel. They makes me feel cold. I don't know how to express this cold feeling.
