"Breakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall."

"Nice modern room with comfortable king bed, sofa, wardrobe and kitchenette. Bathroom was clean and fixtures new. Projector TV and wifi are excellent. There’s a big shopping mall across the street and lots of affordable food options downstairs. Also 7-11 right downstairs. I’d recommend the place to anyone."

"We chose the location because it was close to visiting family, so it was in a local section of Kaiping. It was close to everything we needed. Shopping and restaurants were steps away. The rooms were clean. The staff were nice but spoke no English. It was nice having the free washer, but the dry cycle didn't work well, but we hung the wash to dry. "Ich würde diesem Hotel 3 Sterne geben (neutral). Das Essen war gut, der Außenbereich zum Essen war gemütlich, und ich bekam bei der Abreise ein Souvenir. Für ein Hotel in einer Stadt der vierten Kategorie mit einem Preis von über 700 RMB deutet eine hohe Bewertung von 4,9 jedoch auf ein insgesamt weit unter den Erwartungen liegendes Erlebnis hin. Erstens war es das erste Mal, dass ich einen so hohen Zimmerpreis hatte und trotzdem keinen persönlichen Concierge-Service vorweisen konnte. Niemand kontaktierte mich über WeChat, und es gab kein Telefon im Zimmer; ich musste zur Rezeption im Erdgeschoss gehen, um einen Mitarbeiter zu finden. Bei meiner Ankunft half mir kein Mitarbeiter proaktiv mit meinem Gepäck aufs Zimmer. Als ich Karauschen bestellte, wurde mir dies immer wieder verweigert; stattdessen wurde mir Karauschenreis empfohlen. Die Rezeptionistin war ziemlich forsch. Zweitens habe ich schlecht geschlafen. Ich hatte mir eine ruhige, ländliche Umgebung erhofft, wurde aber um 8 Uhr morgens vom Lärm von Bohrarbeiten auf einer Baustelle in der Nähe des Hotels geweckt, was meine Entspannung völlig zerstörte. Ich sprach den Mann am Teetisch darauf an, der anscheinend der Besitzer war, doch er antwortete nur oberflächlich und ging. Sein Umgang mit den Gästen war ziemlich kühl. Das Taro zum Frühstück war verdorben! Da es kein Gerät zum Warmhalten des Buffets gab, wurde alles auf normalen Tellern serviert. Man verlangte sogar von den Gästen, beim Essen Masken zu tragen und erwartete, dass sie sich mit den unzureichenden Einrichtungen abfinden! Schließlich war auch das Auschecken enttäuschend. Ich hatte geplant, um 11:30 Uhr im Restaurant zu essen und wollte gerade bestellen, als mir die Dame an der Rezeption mitteilte, dass ich vor 12:30 Uhr auschecken müsse. Daraufhin verzichtete ich kurzerhand auf das Mittagessen. Mit über 700 RMB ist der Preis für Kaiping ohnehin schon recht hoch, aber die Servicequalität und die Unterkunft entsprachen dem in keiner Weise. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war schlecht, und ich werde hier definitiv nicht wieder übernachten. Nächstes Mal probiere ich das Lazy Cat."

"Jedes Jahr, wenn ich in meine Heimatstadt zurückkomme, um die Berge zu besuchen, werde ich nie enttäuscht sein. Die Lage ist praktisch Sehr rücksichtsvoll und bietet Handtücher und heißen Tee. Ich bin nicht in anderen Lavande-Hotels angekommen, Lob Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Kaiping fahre, um die Berge zu besuchen, werde ich auf jeden Fall hier übernachten"

"Sehr zufrieden mit dem Service, sauber und hygienisch. Die beiden Kleinen bringen Kinder zum Übernachten mit und sind aufgeregt und neugierig auf die intelligente Einrichtung des Zimmers. Die Rezeption stellte den beiden Kleinen auch fürsorglich Zahnpasta und Hausschuhe zur Verfügung, was sehr gut ist. Ich kann Freunden dringend empfehlen, hier zu übernachten👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"Das Hotel ist sehr neu im 24. Jahr eröffnet. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz hinter dem Wind und dem Regen. Es ist sehr gut und es schläft sehr komfortabel. Obwohl nahe der Straße, aber ich weiß nicht, ob ich mich persönlich nicht fühle, es ist gut, das Frühstück ist OK"

"We booked a Nanyang style room and the reception kindly upgraded us to a room with balcony. Room was very spacious and very clean, and facing the river was very quiet too. Reception and their 24-hour butler service via WeChat was helpful — I actually had a package arriving and they had collected it for me before arrival without question. Also not to mention the had a scripted game and outfits to rent. Would highly recommend this stay."

"1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice."
