Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. They got a lovely lobby which i enjoy the hot tea and coffee. The room is pretty nice for a couple and they got a complimentary tea which is lovely btw love the mirror. Their rain shower in my room might not work that much but still okay. Their hotel is not far from the Jiuzhaigou scenic spot which it took me around 7-10 mins to walk. Lastly the front desk receptionist they’re amazing! They help us with everything which is so kind.
