GGastnutzerSchöne Unterkunft in einer quaint und ruhigen antiken Stadt. Es war so ein ruhiger Aufenthalt - wir blieben 3 Nächte und sahen bis zum letzten Tag keine anderen Gäste! Der Grund dafür ist jedoch, dass dieser Ort weit von allen anderen Orten entfernt ist (mit Ausnahme des Flughafens Tianfu).
Unser Kind liebte den Außenrohr und würde für Stunden in ihm schwimmen und spielen. Service war einer der besten je erfahrenen - Unterkunft und freundliches Personal, super responsiv auf WeChat. Sie gab uns einen kostenlosen Teeservice mit süßen Kartoffeln auf dem Patio zu roast und es war nur das Beste! Das Personal ging wirklich oben und darüber. Unser Badezimmer hatte einen kleinen Leck und sie bieten sofort eine kostenlose Zimmeraufbau (die wir zu lazy waren, um durchzugehen und sie fixierten es, während wir am nächsten Tag aus waren). Dieser Ort ist perfekt, wenn Sie heiße Rohre und ruhige Kälteeinstellungen lieben (und nicht denken, lange Autos fahren, um irgendwo anders zu bekommen!)

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

首先房間根本不是私湯，是不是應該明確標註一下呢？都走到酒店門口了，管家才“温馨提示”是公共湯池。
其次，不知是樓上房間的客人帶了小動物還是屋頂有老鼠，一整晚都在來回來回跑，一點兒都不隔音，實在睡不好。
再者，餐廳用餐，咕咾肉回口全是小蘇打的味道。鱔魚連骨頭都沒剔乾淨，連骨的很腥。
最後，酒店的草坪活動，居然沖出來一個大爺，兇巴巴的衝著小朋友吼，不準在草坪上跑也不準跳！衹能看？？？
全程最值得肯定的是員工，靠幾個人撐起了整個酒店，前台禮賓管家是同一個人，餐廳員工要看畫畫教做麪包還要早餐煎蛋。管家響應及時，還要幫花工道歉。
這個價位的酒店，差了club med，洲際那些真不是一星半點。

Die Lage des Hotels ist besonders hervorragend, direkt im Zentrum der Stadt, die umliegenden Handelsplätze, Restaurants und Attraktionen sollten vollständig sein und es ist sehr bequem zu reisen. Ob es sich um Bus, U-Bahn oder Bus handelt, können Sie einfach an Orten ankommen, wo Sie wollen.
Im Hotel gehen, der Halle ist großzügig und hell, der Dekorationsstil ist einfach und elegant und gibt den Menschen ein sehr komfortabeles Gefühl. Das Personal der Rezeption ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, die Aufenthaltsverfahren schnell und effizient zu behandeln und empfahl mir auch intim die lustigen Orte und leckere Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Das Zimmer macht mich noch heller vor meinen Augen! Der Raum ist groß, die Layout ist vernünftig und die Reinigung ist unfarblich. Das Bett ist super weich und komfortabel, mit Betten für die Haut, und ich kann jeden Abend bis zum Morgen schlafen. Das Badezimmer ist trocken und ist vollständig, die Qualität der Badewaschen ist auch sehr gut, sehr komfortabel. Intelligente Geräte im Zimmer sind auch sehr beachtet. Licht, Klimaanlage und Fenster können über Handys kontrolliert werden und die Technologie ist voll.

GGastnutzer該酒店我入住多次，此次入住316房間，樓上套房棋牌間晚上半夜三更還在打麻將，聲音清晰的傳入房內，讓我們無法入睡，當然這不能怪樓上打麻將的客人，但是我們反饋給前台時，前台説了兩點意見：1、怪我們反饋訊息太晚，説如果我們早一點反饋他們酒店方才能處理。2、可以給我們換房，專門強調換2樓房間，此房間比我們定的更好。我需要解釋一下，第一個問題客人深夜12點打麻將是我們不能決定的。第二個問題我們不需要更好的房間，衹想要個不是那麼吵鬧的房間，我們對佔酒店便宜沒一點興趣。結果最後我們選擇提前退房，直接開車回成都了。這件事情本來不是大事，也不是酒店的責任，樓上打麻將的客人也沒什麼責任，但是前台服務人員的處理態度讓人不舒服，希望酒店加強對前台的培訓，服務行業接待人員應該要有同理心，而不是指責客人提出的訴求時間太晚和強調換的房間價格比我們定的更貴，當時你們前台服務員原話説你們定的270的房間，我給你們換成二樓的，離樓上棋牌室更遠，價格比你們定的貴…..其實我們定的是400的房間，不知你們口中的270是你們前台貓膩還是其它什麼情況，總之希望酒店方加強前台接待人員培訓，注意禮貌用語。祝你們酒店生意興隆。
