酒店內有管家小姐姐開車代步，也可以開卡丁車（飛快）和自行車（坡比較陡不建議這個）自己到處轉，轉累了還可以去半山腰做spa。晚霞很美，在山頂看落日餘暉，這個月份不太熱很適合去。晚上沒有雲的情況下，星空很漂亮。環境乾淨整潔，整體還是不錯的。環境太好了蚊蟲比較多，夏天帶小朋友的話注意防蚊蟲。 管家Rose美到不行兄弟們😍，服務很周到，態度很好，又有耐心，10分。 夜宵衹有面啊啊啊，喜歡吃夜宵的建議自己帶點上去。點外賣會被外賣小哥錘死的🤣

Die Service-Einstellung des Hotelpersonals ist sehr gut. Die Hygiene ist auch sehr gut. Der Pool ist sauber. Der gesamte Familienreise ist sehr glücklich. Wenn Sie etwas nicht gut sagen müssen, dann ist es ein Zug (Ladelinie) neben mir. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie durchfahren, drücken Sie den Knopf. Ich bin nicht so freundlich, dass ich so ein Schlaf nicht gut bin.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

Die Hotelumgebung ist schön. Wenn Sie in den Hallen gehen, fühlen Sie sich besonders hoch. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Gebiet ist groß und es gibt einen Balkon, der die Landschaft des Flusses beobachten kann. Wenn Sie sich beim Aufenthalt begeben, sind die Rezeption Tang Xiang und Li Xiang sehr enthusiastisch und elegant. Sie werden auch helfen, die geografische Lage des Hotels und die umliegende süße Hotels vorzustellen. Beim Austritt sind die Rezeption von Xifen und Roxing Xiao Xiaogang auch sehr gut für die Gäste, sie haben auch kleine Geschenke geschickt. Das nächste Mal wird ich in dieses Hotel wohnen. Es ist eine sehr gute Reise.

這次旅行20天住了6個酒店，這個住的最久，住的久不僅是安排問題，也是因為酒店房間挺舒服，酒店大堂還是老式的，但就是寬敞明亮，房間陽台雖然沒怎麼用過但感覺很好，小城市的服務人員都很樸實有禮貌，出現了一些紕漏也很認真地解決了。早餐稍微差強人意，不過作為美食大省，外出早餐也很多選擇，中間換過一次房間但是兩個電視遙控都不太好用，要是有健身房就更好了

房間很大，是金堂的老派酒店了，住了很多次，衞生不錯，有浴袍很方便，乾乾淨淨的，前台很有禮貌，辦理入住速度快，很推薦的酒店。客房服務也很快，送紙送水，推薦。旁邊的摩天輪很漂亮，可以站在房間平台上看到，非常好，以後還是會住這家酒店。很好👍點贊點贊👍，

前台服務很好，房間很大很乾凈，鋪了地毯不會吵。浴缸也挺大的，泡個熱水澡再躺床上看看電影，舒服！
