"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay.
The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect.
The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay.
The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"Auf der May Day Expressway gab es einen starken Stau, also verließ ich die Schnellstraße im Voraus, stornierte die Hotelreservierung in Xinchang und buchte dann blind die Kaiyuan Famous City in Haining, von der ich nicht erwartet hatte, dass sie ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet für Geld! Der Portier half beim Öffnen und Schließen der Autotür und holte das Gepäck ab. Wang Cui beantragte ein kostenloses Kinderfrühstück für uns. Die Kellner im Frühstücksraum, Lu Yiqin und Shen Mingfen, waren auch sehr nett und brachten Wasser und Milch. Die Hotelpreise stiegen während des 1. Mai nicht wesentlich an. Haining hat viele Touristenattraktionen und viele Parkplätze, was es perfekt für einen Stadtspaziergang macht. Ich habe hier zwei angenehme Nächte verbracht!"

"Ich habe so ein Hotel zufällig gesehen. Die Bilder waren sehr schön und ich habe beschlossen, für ein paar Tage nach Haining zu fahren Da ich mich in letzter Minute für die Reise entschieden habe, habe ich den Reiseführer überhaupt nicht gelesen. Ich weiß nur, dass Haining mehrere Orte vorgestellt und verglichen hat. Aus Sorge, dass ich mich nicht an sie erinnern würde, fügten sie auch WeChat hinzu und schickten mir eine weitere Kopie.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und die Schalldämmung muss gelobt werden. Ich hatte Angst, dass es laut sein würde, wenn ich neben dem Aufzug bleibe. Tatsächlich ist die Klimaanlage überhaupt nicht zu hören und die Kühlwirkung ist großartig . Es war zu kalt und ich habe einen Bademantel als Mantel benutzt (meine Tochter sagte, dass ich ihr Badezimmer loben muss), sehr weich.
Eine weitere Überraschung ist, dass Sie nach unten gehen und Yintai nur zehn Schritte entfernt finden. Es ist sehr praktisch, um nach Nanguanxiang zu laufen. Es besteht überhaupt keine Notwendigkeit, sich umzudrehen.

"Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende aus erstaunlich. Der Eincheckungsprozess war reibungslos und willkommen, mit Mitarbeitern, die ausgezeichnet Englisch gesprochen und klare Informationen über die nahe gelegenen Attraktionen gegeben. Das Zimmer war spotless, modern und sehr komfortabel, mit einem Bett, das nach einem langen Tag der Reise eine ausgezeichnete Schlafqualität bietet.
Die Lage ist perfekt nahe dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, guten Restaurants und mehreren Szenenpunkten in der Walkweite. Ich habe besonders die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in der Reinigung und Einrichtungen (frische Handtücher, Toiletten, Wasserflaschen täglich) geschätzt.
Das Frühstück bot eine Vielzahl von lokalen und internationalen Optionen an, und alles war frisch und gut vorbereitet. Das Personal war immer freundlich und schnell, um zu helfen, ob ich Leitlinien oder Empfehlungen benötigt.
Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der das Gebiet besucht. Es kombiniert Komfort, Komfort und großer Wert, so dass die gesamte Erfahrung wirklich genießbar ist. Ich würde definitiv auf meiner nächsten Reise zurückkehren."

I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was. I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.

Das Einchecken war großartig. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das ganze Hotel duftete köstlich. Abends gab es Porridge, um uns nach einem anstrengenden Tag neue Energie zu tanken. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und bot alles, was man braucht. Es schmeckte gut. Auch der Service war sehr gut. Ich bat abends um eine Steppdecke. Ich bat um eine Zahnbürste und Hausschuhe für die Kinder. Das war sehr zuvorkommend und großartig. Dieses Erlebnis bei Atour hat meine Vorstellung von Hotels völlig auf den Kopf gestellt. Es war sehr günstig und ein Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis. Atour wird definitiv meine erste Wahl für zukünftige Reisen sein.
