入住是我覺得最費勁的一次，住了太多酒店，這次的感受不太好。總體有以下幾個問題： 1.酒店在景區裏面，勢必停車就是個問題，加上五一假期，人流量巨大，大部分都是從外地開過來的，如何更高效地停好車就是一個點，關鍵停車點還有3個，景區大門口地面、P6和P7，大部分外地人是分不清楚的，如果沒有酒店管家，是不是可以針對五一大人流的特殊情況，發個短訊提示一下停車點的選擇，停車用了20分鐘+； 2.接駁車的地點問題，反覆和酒店聯繫，一直的結果就是P6的1號電梯廳位置，關鍵有好幾個停車區域，正常P6是搞不太清楚的，非正確等待點浪費了40分鐘+； 3.實在沒辦法，自己步行進入遊客中心辦妥了入住，幫我升級了河景房，算是稍微彌補了一下跌落的心情，然後繼續第二段的接駁車，從遊客中心至宣德門酒店，等車地點其實也沒有交代的很清晰，關鍵到了酒店，連哪裡辦入住都不知道（敞開分佈式的酒店設計），然後給一個負責的工作人員吐槽了一圈，好在我離開的時候，“入住辦理”牌子立起來了，也算是建議的一個立行立改吧； 4.酒店第二天的早餐真的比較一般，不管是不是在景區裏面，從整個環境和吃的東西來講，五星水準還是差一點的，包括落座後膝蓋被桌子下面的橫檔撞了好幾次（因為有枱布遮着），整個四方桌，一個面對面沒有橫檔，一個面對面有橫檔，要麼就把橫檔拆除吧，估計還會有人坐下來會撞到膝蓋。 總體問題就寫這些吧，還是希望好好研究一下如何做好旺季的保障吧…

首先，肯定一下酒店的設計和硬件，感覺國產酒店真的可以和國際五星比肩了，甚至更有韻味。景區的江南景色也沁人心脾。 但是，酒店在景區內，車竟然不能入內，所以遇到五一人流高峯，從停車到進房用了進一個半小時，而且下午四點酒店都有批量房間沒準備好，要求等待，體驗感極差，可以説帶着長者和小孩的，辦理好入住就已經動不動了。 其次，酒店沒有小童樂園，泳池是室外的，所以對於非熱帶地區，一年衹有三個月是帶游泳的，活動表豐富，但除了晚上的樂隊，其他活動在景區，至少要20-30才能到達。小朋友感覺非常無趣。早餐也差勁，本來就選擇少，遇上高峯吐司是冰的，蛋糕是凍的。 綜上，家庭親子出行，有老有小的，非常不推薦。
