非常棒的酒店，外表仿古，裏面現代化智能化。房間寬敞明亮，衞生間也很大，有兩個並列的洗臉池，還有個大浴缸。早餐豐富可口，晚餐我們在酒店內的拱辰餐廳吃的，菜餚製作精美，水平上乘，服務周到。酒店裡遇到的所有工作人員都會熱情打招呼。住在景區裏享受舒適的住宿和餐飲真是個好主意，待大部分遊客離去後景區裏變得很安靜，我們被夜景大大驚艷到了，與白天完全不同，有種夢幻感。酒店內非常安靜，早餐時才發現竟然有那麼多住客。

位置：古鎮已才開發投入了部分區域，業態管理的很好，看得出烏鎮和濮院的影子。酒店在古鎮南部 貼着江 出門就能觀潮 非常方便，但逛古鎮需坐擺渡車到遊客中心。 設施：非常好，家居和空間很有設計感，看得出花了不少錢的紮實。泳池沒到時間未開放，温泉吧等設施也都還沒還開放使用，公區提供的休閑娛樂服務明顯少了。 服務：最弱的一環，不屬於主觀故意 但看出來心有餘而力不足。在遊客中心前台辦理入住，登記錯手機號碼也沒有給到入住單，還得折返要。到了酒店領了門卡就是刷不開門，等了一小時還沒弄好。雖然通過升級房型解決了，但這種低級故障體驗太差了。還有淋浴花灑的水量非常小。早餐還不錯，但因節假日人多，沒位置+各種空盤+排隊，預案做的不夠。 綜合還是推薦，硬件很好，軟件衹要有誠意，最終也能上來，希望下次入住有較大改善。
