I loved the views from this hotel, it’s in a gorgeous location in Hobart. I also appreciated the daily happy hour at the restaurant next to the lobby. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future!

Very happy with my stay at Movenpick hobart from 18-21/01/25 (Sat to Tue) for AU$606 - the rate (20% off for diamond tier) is even better than their end of year sale via official website as an ACCOR member (15% off)
Since other's reviews of classic rooms seem depressing as there is no view at all.....thus I booked a superior room with city view. However being allocated to room 403 on the 4/F .....instead of full length windows as per promotional pics.....my window is relatively less impressive. Also there is a high pitch wheezing sound from the corridor......but the sound has gone once we open our door..... hopefully I can have a better room above 5/F next time. Chocolate hours and the day bed in the room are something that we liked most, not much interaction with staff so hard on their hospitality....but on the day of check in around 3pm, a cleaning staff just entered and shocked to see us inside. She thought the room needs to be clean hopefully not making her scared

Wir verbrachten hier nur eine Nacht, aber es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist großartig und es gibt Restaurants, Geschäfte und Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Eines, was wir am meisten gefallen ist das Design des Toilettes, obwohl wir keine Bilder davon genommen haben. Das WC ist geräumig und in moderner und entspannter Weise gestaltet.

Loved the stay. The hotel was very new, the rooms are beautiful, clean and tidy. House keeping was good.
The bell boy in the afternoon had a big smile, friendly and very helpful.
Buffet breakfast was great too, it can get busy after 9am.
Convinient location to walk to the wharf or explore Hobart city. There is free parking on the street in the evening to avoid the $35 a day parking charge.

Wir genießen unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist großartig in der Nähe aller Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle untergebracht und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber es gibt einen Geruch, wenn wir immer ins Zimmer eintreten. Das Fenster öffnen hilft etwas, sonst ist alles gut.

The hotel is clean, well equipped & comfortable. As a ”boutique” hotel, we loved the warm fireplace int eh lobby and the small restaurant and bar area. Only a few items let them down a little; on the public holiday the kitchen was closed in the evening. In addition we ordered some mineral water to go to the room, but had to follow that up. Whilst it was supplied free of charge to make up for the delay, it would be preferred that it was simply sent as requested. Overall we loved the hotel, its location, the view, the room and the overall ”Vibe”.

Hotel is a bit outside, a few blocks only from the town. Nice balcony with river view, clean, bed is comfortable. This is the first hotel where is no complimentary water in the room.

YYuanGood location. Close to both CBD and Sandy Bay. The kitchenette is very convenient. There was an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans and knives and forks, but no chopsticks. Free internet. Front desk closes at 9 pm, but you can enter and exit multiple doors at anytime with your room card. Free parking space. Luggage storage is available. Let us check in at 12 noon. For sleeping, there is a powerful air conditioner, but only two thin blankets and the mattress is too soft. A$6 for continental breakfast, but you have to fill out a form to order. A$6 for both washing machine or dryer. Free laundry powder or liquid. Wellington Mountain and a corner view of the ocean from your room!

We have all toiletries (eg towels, shower gel, lotion, hair dryer) except tooth brush and toothpaste, smart TV, kitchen stuff (kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes and spoons). Another plus is good location with stunning lake view, many parking lots and close to the center.
Although the room is quite small but we love the comfort and coziness it brings.

GGastnutzerWas für ein super kleines Hostel! Ausgezeichnete Lage nur Minuten vom Wasserfront entfernt. Schöner Mann in der Rezeption - sie geben immer eine Tour von Einrichtungen. Hostel ist in einem alten viktorianischen Haus, das ist wunderschön. Große gut ausgestattete Küche, kostenloses Essen von früheren Gästen. Ein schöner Garten, obwohl es düstere Hunde in ihm hatte, so war ich kein Fan. Schöne oberste Veranda mit komfortablen Sitz, und Sofas in anderen Räumen ohne Mangel an Orten, um sich zu entspannen.
Ich war in einem vierbettzimmer, das für den Raum ein wenig eng war, aber ich sah andere Zimmer, die größer aussehen, mit größeren Betten. Ich liebte die einzelnen Lichter und Fans für jedes Bett. Mein Unterbunk hatte ein Gürtel, aber ich würde nicht gerne in einem oberen Bunk sein, wie sie nicht, so dass Sie dem Hauptlicht ausgesetzt waren, das geht o etc.
Das einzige, was meinen Aufenthalt zerstört hat, war das gleiche, was jeden Aufenthalt, den ich hatte, während ich reiste - gedachtlose Gäste, die früh am Morgen/später am Abend Lärm machen. Die drei Mädchen, die mein Zimmer teilen, sind zu verschiedenen Zeiten von 5.30 nach vorne so unnötig zu sagen, mein Morgen hat nicht gut begonnen! Hostel Management kann nicht viel darüber tun, obwohl.
Unerträglich saubere Badezimmer und ein gutes Vibe. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, aber in einem privaten Zimmer!

Die Wohnung im Einzelzimmer ist wirklich geräumig, bestehend aus einem Wohn- und Essbereich, einer einfachen Küche mit Mikrowelle und einem Waschmaschine Cum Trockner.

JJeffreyNear to Coles and many varieties of eateries nearby. Has a covered carpark which comes free with the room. Unfortunately it was raining on the day we checked in and pail were place outside the rooms due to leaky roofs. Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable and it comes with a bath tub. Short drive to Salamanca Market.

GGuest UserDas Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß, das Design muss schön sein und das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Es ist ein typisch amerikanisches Frühstück. Es ist sehr gut, ein Menü nach Ihrem Geschmack zu bestellen. Das Haus hat ein Sofa. Es ist sehr rücksichtsvoll, wenn ein Kellner ins Zimmer kommt, um das Sofa zu öffnen und es aufzuziehen. was nice and clean and just right for a short stay. I would recommend staying here. We also received a free drinks voucher to use at the pub which was a nice touch.

Wenn man den Nachteil nennt, dass es Blut auf dem Bett ist, das Heißwassersystem ist nicht gut, wenn es nicht kalt ist und wenn es nicht gut ist, das Geräusch zu isolieren.
Aber insgesamt ist der CP-Wert sehr hoch.
