GGastnutzerWhile it’s located a bit far away from the CBD (~15 mins walk, with slope), the amenities were sufficient, just like a small apartment. Quiet environment, good for resting and sleep. Easy access to a supermarket nearby. The bed was a bit too soft for me. Housekeeping every day. However, there were lots of ants around the bathtub and a spider hanging on the ceiling of the bathroom in an early morning! I informed the reception staff to remark and clean my bathroom asap when they are open (the front desk not open for 24 hours but receptionist reachable by room intercom call). They have dealt with the issue for me and responded quickly. The staff there were helpful and friendly. They helped me to book a local taxi to the airport at early morning (cheaper than uber).

The hotel is in central Hobart CBD,it is walking distance to almost everything including waterfront Salamanca,Battery Point etc.
There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby all within a short walk.
The rooms are clean and modern,the hotel has a casual bar and restaurant plus a more formal restaurant.
Happy hour between 16:30 and 18:30 is a great time to have a drink in the lovely lounge area in comfortable sofas and armchairs near the large feature gas fireplace.
The staff are all friendly and efficient.
I couldn’t fault this hotel on anything,we stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was modern and very spacious.
Parking is onsite at $25 dollars per day which is pretty standard for the area,

DDuckshitteaThe hotel location is very convenient, with lots of shops, restaurants, and even a supermarket nearby. Our room had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The package we booked included breakfast, and it was good. They gave us a menu to choose from, and the food was freshly made to order – hot and delicious. I especially loved their sourdough. The staff were polite, friendly, and made us feel really comfortable. Overall, this hotel met our expectations and gave us a wonderful stay.

One of the highlights of our mornings was breakfast at Peppina, the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of options, from freshly baked pastries to hearty, made-to-order dishes. Each meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to start our day. The atmosphere at Peppina was equally inviting, with a charming decor that complemented the delicious food, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast.
In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks at Mary Mary, another fantastic venue within the hotel. The bar had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cocktail menu was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative creations crafted by skilled mixologists. Each drink we ordered was expertly made and beautifully garnished, adding to the overall experience.

GGastnutzerAs an international brand, I don't think this Crown Palace is qualify during my staying experience. I'm checking in on 25th Dec, understand that is holiday so no other restaurants open so we decided to have dinner at The Core restaurants. We arrived at around 19:40 and finished order at 20:00, however the food just arrived after 40min after I chased at 20:35 even the 6pcs oysters. On 26th, I have ordered 2 bottles of water at around 00:00 for my kid before sleep, however it was not arrived until next day. I was just check out & back to hotel lobby (4/F) for toilet. And found a male staff going to female toilet for cleaning after me. I was shocked & scare so I come out and going to the unisex one. When I approached FO counter & mentioned I'm quite scare. But the female staff just told me that was normal and just simply appologize without any explanation. To be honest, that's really unacceptable & never come back.

AAnonymer BenutzerDie Erfahrung war ziemlich enttäuschend. Obwohl die Check-out-Zeit 11:00 Uhr war, schlug die Hausaufsicht um 9:30 Uhr auf die Tür und fragte, wann wir auschecken würden. Wir haben ihnen klar gesagt, es wäre 11:00 Uhr, aber sie kamen um 10:30 Uhr wieder zurück, um die gleiche Frage zu stellen, die unnötig und störend war.
Das WLAN war auch unbrauchbar. Es dauerte lange, nur zu versuchen, zu verbinden, und es funktionierte nicht überhaupt auf iPhones. Es wurde schließlich auf Android-Geräte verbunden, aber blieb aus, was es unzuverlässig machte.
Zusätzlich ist die Lärmdichtigkeit sehr schlecht Lärm aus der Halle konnte klar in dem Zimmer gehört werden. Insgesamt, dies beeinflusste den Aufenthalt erheblich.

Aber das Zimmer ist warm und verfügt über Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo, Haartrockner, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Es gibt kein Wasser im Zimmer. Es wird empfohlen, Lebensmittel und Wasser selbst zu kaufen. Im Zimmer liegen Tee- und Kaffeebeutel bereit. Und es gibt zwei Päckchen Kekse. Wenn Sie den Einlass überprüfen Das Hotel hinterlegt den Schlüssel in einem Kasten vor der Tür. Sehr praktisch für Leute, die spät abends kommen.
