We needed a place to stay for a night while in the area and chose this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a positive. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, as we found strands of hair in our rooms. The bathroom follows a wet/open concept, which may not be ideal for everyone and the towels were noticeably old. If you’re looking for a basic place to rest for the night without expecting much in terms of comfort or amenities, this hotel is an okay option.

The biggest plus of this hotel is definitely its proximity to Enchanted Kingdom — it’s just a few minutes away, which made it very convenient for our itinerary. The location is easy to find and accessible by both private car and public transport. There are also nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and even malls if you need anything during your stay. The room I stayed in was clean, neatly arranged, and had a modern minimalist design that was both functional and easy on the eyes. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and I appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh. The space isn't overly large, but it’s well laid out — perfect for short stays. The bathroom was clean, with hot and cold shower options, and basic toiletries were provided. A small desk area made it easy to use my laptop when I needed to catch up on work. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with check-in and check-out. They were also helpful in giving directions and answering questions about nearby attractions. The front desk was efficient, and the overall service felt smooth and hassle-free. I felt safe and comfortable during my entire stay. The hotel maintained good cleaning standards, and common areas were well-kept. The building felt secure, with proper access controls, and I noticed that health and safety protocols were being observed. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and convenient place to stay near Enchanted Kingdom, Sans Hotel is a great choice. It's ideal for short stays, quick business trips, or family outings to the amusement park. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. Hotel has reasonable value for money. Breakfast is OK. You have preferably your own car, there are 3 malls and a S&R within 10 minutes drive. Next to the Hotel is a good equipped supermarket.

Going to Nuvali area is really worth. Seda hotel has a good ambiance and nice place to stay. Great amenities that you can enjoyed.

Buchung wegen der Stromausfall während des Typhons. Es war ein wenig überschwemmt draußen, so dass es schwierig war, Komfortgeschäfte zu erreichen. Wasser schwimmte in das Fenster und drehte in den Boden. Aber Sie können es ignorieren. Insgesamt war es immer noch ein schöner Aufenthalt, wenn Sie nicht so viel Wahl in der Stadt haben.

Das Zimmer, das wir reserviert haben, war sehr geräumig und hat einen sehr schönen Blick. Aber die AC arbeitete Mitte der Nacht, und als die Hausaufsicht geprüft ging, ging es an, aber der Lärm war zu laut und keine kalte Luft kam raus. Wir wurden also in ein anderes Zimmer übertragen, das keine Aussicht hatte, kleinerer TV mit einer sehr schrecklichen/geräuschlichen Matratzen. Jede Bewegung, die wir gemacht haben, machte eine Lärm, war nicht das, was wir von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hatten. Es war enttäuschend und das ganze Fiasko hatte unser Schlaf so schlecht gestört, dass wir das Hotel noch müdeer verließen. Nicht sicher, wenn ich hier wieder zurückgehen möchte.
