The room is big but noise insulation within the room is quite bad. Noise from outside can get into the room. But fortunately, the hotel provide ear plugs.

Couldn’t get access to or room with out waiting for front desk to come down to open it. Had no shower curtain so my 12 year old wouldn’t shower unless I sat outside the room because the shower glass faces the room side.

Hotel was nice but it gets loud at night. It has valet parking and the guys who wait for the cars give comments while you are unloading. We came as a family but its more suitable for couple's or business trip Room service costs money

The hotel room was mostly clean, the walls were really dirty and the floors were miserably filthy. The “self check in” portion of it was confusing when there was a front desk and they didn’t guide you to where your room was. We were put in a room right off of the elevator and every time the elevator was being used it was so loud and clunked in our room. I would recommend nobody be in the rooms right next to the elevator for that reason. My husband and i probably got a total of 3 hours of sleep because of how loud it was all night long. The walls were extremely thin. Also, there was water jug provided at the front desk but if you don’t bring your own water bottle there’s only small paper cups provided and no other source of water anywhere else around the property. There wasn’t a vending machine or anything either.

Very lucky to find such a great place, perfectly distanced from where I needed to be, in relation to the airport, and areas I needed to visit. Overall, great place to stay.

Amazing place to stay. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. Definitely recommend.

We went to the Forum for a concert. Hotel was within walking distance and had a nice restaurant next door. Will definitely come back.

I love the Sonder brand, I think they're great value. This particular location in LA it's super sketchy, take that into consideration. But it's super conveniente since it's close to LAX.

Property was good. Service was excellent. Perfect location. Parking was really expensive for guests.

If you want to do early checking this is not the hotel for you . In my opinion 12pm is good 2pm is acceptable but this hotel 4pm is their check in time and this is great a huge inconvenient.

I greatly enjoyed staying here. Many things, such as food or actives, were very close and easily accessible. Things were well organized, especially parking. However, the rooms were not cleaned well. Despite being well organized, the floors were not clean and the ceiling was full of dust - including the bed frame. Besides that, I do recommend staying here if you’re looking for an easy, nice, and accommodating place.

Everything thing was excellent, just didn't like about the valet parking, I wish I look at at more carefully next time.
