The room was comfortable, the shower was a good size with a built-in seat. Beds are very comfy & restful. McCoy's whiskey and wine bar is a warm, cozy place with excellent bartenders. All facility accommodations were easy to get to."

"From the moment we stepped through the front door the stay was crap. There was no front desk clerk. There is literally a kiosk with a guy from India on the screen. They outsourced their front desk to India. In the morning there was someone at the desk, but for check in it was the kiosk. Then at midnight my wife woke me up... bed bugs. They wouldn't refund us since we already stayed for more than a few hours. So I tried to negotiate... how about letting us out of the reservation for the next 2 nights since I rsvp'd for 3? Na, we will just move your room. No, we are not staying here. We did not pay for bed bugs. OK, we will let you out for the bed bug room, but not the room that didn't have them (we had 2 rooms). Finally after threatening to write a review they gave us a refund for both rooms."

"Pool was closed . My wife got stuck in the bath room .She could not pull the door open after she closed it .No plug in the bathtub so she could not take a bath . I had to go buy a stopper myself . the office would not supply one . The smoke detector chirped for two days . NOT Happy!!"
