Meine Frau und ich reisten zusammen und wir fanden beide ein tolles Hotel, einen unglaublichen Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Struktur. Komfortable Zimmer, hervorragende Kinderbereich, schöner Garten. Aber, war in der Pension, p wer will, um Snowca nach dem Mittagessen zu nehmen, wenn es im Zimmer ist, kann vergessen. Leider habe ich neben dem Hotel festgestellt, dass die Abwasserleitungen der Bewohner der Region im Sand am Strand entsorgt, was mich warnt p nicht in das Meer und vermeiden Sie Sand ... Der Morgenkaffe ist gut. Aber sie hatten etwa 10 Kuchen , mehrere Länder, aber keine ohne Gluten und s Lactose q hj ist einfach, Mehl wie Reis zu verwenden.

We stayed here since this was a preferred hotel for family, but we would probably not stay as long the next visit. Please be warned that they had out review cards to people at breakfast who give them positive feedback, and don't to those who give less than positive so the reviews here on trip advisor will be very skewed. (Since I gave mixed comments they did not give me a review card with a trip advisor logo prominently on it.) The price difference between the basic and deluxe rooms was minimal and our friend's room was much nicer for little more. The basic rooms were pricy once we saw what they got for a slight bit more. The positives: - The location was convenient within 10 minutes of the Ilheus airport. - The pools were clean, bathrooms were easily accessible. - The drinks (with alcohol) were excellent, and they were made very quickly after ordering. - They had activities and a playroom for kids, and a game room (although the game room needs maintained better, new equipment, etc). - There were activities for adults like volleyball, water aerobics, and contents where they gave small prizes. - The lunch and dinner menu food was very good always, prices were reasonable. - The beach behind the resort wasn't full so you had a lot of space to enjoy. The waves are rough at times. There are a lot of restaurants about a mile down the beach if you want to go elsewhere for lunch. The negatives: - The rooms were loud to outside noise, people in the hallways were loud throughout the night. - The breakfast was lacking compared to other resorts. Due to the number of people at the hotel, they produced food in mass quantity and the quality of breakfast was low overall. Tables were usually hard to find also. Multiple days when we ordered omelets they didn't get the order right. (using tapioca rather than egg, putting on onions, etc) The juices were extremely watered down, and not good. - The poolside music and master of ceremonies were too loud every day. We complained multiple time. It felt like you were in a college spring break bar. The hotel staff will not pick up empty (plastic) drink glasses from poolside. - It was quite a walk from many of the rooms to the restaurant, pool, etc. - There is not much near the hotel if you walk outside the property. - They also had little or no information on covid testing when it was required to fly back to the USA. So we had to find pharmacies online and walk to them, which there were a few within 1/2 mile. The reception desk really did not have any information on happenings in Ilheus. They had a flyer from a festival going on, but when you asked about it they had no clue. Otherwise the reception desk was pretty helpful. There was free flavored water at check-in at reception, but this was only around check-in time. The hotel should provide this 24 hours daily, it was a nice feature.

Hotel beira-mar, com boas instalações e funcionários educados, oferece uma boa experiência, mas pode melhorar em alguns aspectos. Embora esteja à beira-mar, não oferece serviço de praia; o apartamento é amplo e confortável, porém a iluminação é fraca e a varanda estava sem iluminação; a água da torneira da pia do banheiro estava suja (talvez pelas fortes chuvas), obrigando o uso de água mineral para higiene bucal; os itens do café da manhã não eram repostos (café de 6:30 as 10h - às 8:30h já havia acabado, por ex., um dos itens e fomos informados que ”acabou, não tem mais”); o restaurante tinha itens no cardápio com ingredientes em falta e pratos que o atendente desconhecia, além de faltar itens básicos, como saches para os lanches. Estes inconvenientes, no entanto, não impediram que usufruíssimos uma boa experiência, pela beleza do local e cordialidade dos funcionários.

Ich habe das Tororomba Resort für 4 Erwachsene gebucht. Ein Paar und zwei Kinder im Alter von 18 und 20 Jahren. Die Reservierung wurde für den Zeitraum vom 9. bis 13. Oktober 2022 im vollen Renten- und Unterkünftesystem gemacht. Als wir ins Hotel kamen, waren wir überrascht, dass wir ein Zimmer unter dem hatten, das wir alle gebucht hatten, voll von Insekten und Bad mit Abwasser. Und was ich am meisten während der Buchung gebeten wurde, um mit einem gemahlenen Zimmer zu betreuen und leider, als wir ins Zimmer kam, war nur der Gemahl. Ungeeignet für die Unterkunft von jeder noch mehr allergische Menschen wie ich und meine Kinder, die Asthma haben. Wir gingen dann bis zum Empfang und da kamen sie, sagten sie, dass ich kein Zimmer mehr hatte, als das Hotel voll war. Ich fragte, wie wir bleiben und wir bleiben, und sie sprachen, dass die einzige Möglichkeit ist dieses Zimmer und bereit oder dann, dass ich ein anderes Hotel suche ( die uns mit Ironie und völligem Mangel an Respekt gegenüber dem Kunden behandelt) Wir sind um 12 Uhr gekommen, wo ich die Zahlung für den Rest gezahlt habe, der fehlte, und ich ging zum Mittagessen, während ich das Zimmer reingemacht habe. Unsere konnten nicht einmal das Lebensmittel, das ausgesetzt ist, mit dem Eisfräulein wegwerfen, die tiefe Verpackung von schlechter Qualität und völlig unhygienefreiem Lebensmittel ohne zu reden von Kühlmitteln .... sie öffnet eine Flasche und spielt in einem Trommel, der Es scheint Abfalldeponie und wenn der Kunde Aue nehmen Sie starke und gasfreie Kühlmittel. Was für ein Schreck von diesem Ort 🤢🤮 . Das ohne zu sprechen von schmutzigen Pools und das Wasser absenken, indem es völlig feucht ist. Nach allem versuchten wir, mit dem Hotel zu vereinbaren, dass er das Geld zurückgegeben und sie sprachen, dass er nicht wie war, und ich habe vor einem Jahr 80% der Reise gezahlt und die restlichen 20% bei der Unterkunft. Danach nach 4 Stunden Gesamtstress zurückgekehrt waren 60% des Wertes und die übrigen blieben im Hotel ich könnte ohne Sorge, dass sie mir zahlen würden und bis heute das Hotel nicht erfüllte Ihr Wort und nicht bezahlt mir wurde verletzt und ich blieb noch im Schaden . Ich habe mehrmals angerufen und sie sprachen, dass Sie wollen, dass Sie in die Gerechtigkeit. Total fehlende und mangelnde Achtung gegenüber dem Kunden. Ich habe mich verletzt und wir traurig und beschämend über die Einstellung des Hotels.

Pena que foram poucos dias, mas foi uma experiência maravilhosa nos hospedarmos no Eco Village Indaiá. O atendimento foi excelente! A sensação era estarmos em meio à uma floresta tropical com um paisagismo deslumbrante, só que com o conforto que o hotel nos proporcionou. Agradecimentos especiais a Priscila, Jô, Ana, Felipe e à massoterapeuta (que esqueci o nome...) Todos muito simpáticos e solícitos. O café da manhã perfeito, a cerveja trincando e moqueca de camarão espetacular! Espero voltar em breve com a família toda. Só um ponto negativo a ser observado: a entrada do hotel infelizmente não condiz com o que encontramos lá dentro, além de a guarita não funcionar. No mais, tudo de bom!
