The location of the hotel is excellent,right in the city centre..there is In Time shopping mall right next to the hotel..there are many eating options too! The breakfast is very good,but they could include more western options though! There are complimentary water bottles available on every floor which is a plus! It has a great swimming pool and a kids play area too!

After tried so many different hotel in Huzhou.. Dongwu New Century still my first choice in term of cleanliness & location.

We stayed in a standard family room at the Dongwu New Century Hotel and was very pleased with the experience. The room was well-designed, providing a comfortable and practical space for family stays. Despite being a standard room, it did not feel cramped and offered enough space for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the room was noteworthy. It was maintained to a high standard, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment, which is especially important when traveling with family. The staff at the hotel were outstanding in their service. They were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries we had. Their attentiveness made our stay more comfortable and stress-free. Another highlight was the hotel's buffet. The spread was fantastic, featuring a wide array of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The quality of the food and the variety available were impressive. In summary, the standard family room at Dongwu New Century Hotel is an excellent choice for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Service is prefect! Breakfast is high standard. Standard room size is slightly small. Missing phone in toilet, it is inconvenient.

Hotel was centrally located in Huzhou next to InTime shopping Central. Decent view from the hotel room of the river and city. Comfort and clean bed room...

臨時週末來湖州玩，晚上玩劇本殺到很晚，就決定入住一晚。在市區發現這家開元口碑還不錯，位置也方便，就果斷預訂了。 酒店周邊有銀泰城，有幾個步行街，很適合城市city walk。樓層很高，看周圍城市景色的視野很好。 酒店房間設施也都維護得不錯，前台接待方面，夜間的實習生不太行，其他服務員都還不錯。

酒店地段很好，在網上經過多方對比，選擇了市中心的這家，湖州開元名都酒店。還沒出發就接到了酒店值班經理小張的電話仔細的詢問我具體到店時間和一些特殊的需求很貼心的特意幫我安排了朝向很好的房間景色也很不錯，瞭解到我開過來還細心地給我發送了停車的路線以及酒店各項服務的使用時間，尤其感謝告知游泳池的時間，幫助很大。入住之後應租的舒適又住了一晚。四日用早餐的時候遇到一點小困難，小張也幫我及時解決了非常的人性化的一家酒店。看得出酒店的管理方面很用心，比其他酒店更暖心，現在都提倡人性化服務，酒店這方面做得很到位。感謝小張的熱情接待，下次來湖州會再來的。

湖州東吳開元名都酒店地理位置優越，周邊銀泰百貨等商圈便利。去鐵佛寺看紅梅大約十分鐘左右，酒店房間安排在三十三層樓， 可俯瞰湖州夜景，服務細緻貼心，前台小哥還多送了一張早餐券，離店時還有贈送當地特產。早餐種類特別豐富，中西式結合且品質高，整體體驗超出預期，是商務與休閑的理想選擇。

預訂的這家酒店位於市中心2棟很高的樓裏面酒店很豪華，老遠就看到了酒店大門門口有小夥子熱心的幫我開車門，前台辦理入住也非常的迅速，還贈送了新鮮的水果電梯口的小張姑娘熱心的幫我按了電梯，還告知我早餐的使用地點和時間以及可以去六樓體驗一下健身設施非常的熱情，下樓的時候想去附近逛逛，但又不知道去哪兒，小張熱心的上前向我介紹近處的話可以去看梅花，還給了我詳細的路線，晚上還可以去太湖古鎮看煙花對附近的旅遊非常熟悉，並做了詳細介紹，給熱心的服務點贊。酒店管理上面也非常的人性化，在酒店的需求，衹要在合理範圍內，員工都能迅速的幫我去解決。這點非常滿意，下次來湖州的話還是會選擇這家酒店的。
