Die Lage des Hotels mitten im Old Quarter von Hanoi ist super. Das Zimmer ist ordentlich und hat alles was man braucht, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool und die Bar/Restaurant auf der Dachterasse, diese aind wirklich sehr schön hergerichtet und man hat einen angenehmen Ausblick. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen wenn man in Hanoi ist und nichts extravagantes sucht.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit guter Lage für Spaziergänge durch die alten Viertel. DON, der Kundenservice war so professionell und erinnert sich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts an mich mit täglichen Freetings und Check-in. Alle anderen Dienstleistungen waren nett und freundlich und das Hotelzimmer war auch großartig. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden leichte Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt, die jedoch nicht stark beeinträchtigt waren, aber gelegentlich können Sie tagsüber etwas Reno-Lärm hören.

Großartig. Ich habe vor, es wieder zu benutzen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Hanoi komme. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, was ein Bonus ist. Es war eine glückliche Reise.

Gute Atmosphäre, geeignete Lage, saubere Zimmer, leckeres Essen.

Abdeckung der Unannehmlichkeiten des Frühstücks mit Lage und Swimmingpool Dank des sehr freundlichen Personals hinterließ ich eine gute Erinnerung von der Restaurantreservierung bis zu dem Moment, als ich nach Hause ging! !

The hotel is in a great location with lots of amazing restaurants in the vicinity. The staff is super courteous. On the day of the checkout, we had to leave before the restaurant opened, and they prepared a breakfast bag for us without us requesting it. ❤️

Great hotel and great location close to beer street , breakfast was excellent lots of selections hot and cold food , friendly staff , would definitely recommend and stay again A+++

Tirant hotel is in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarters and many attractions can be accessed by walking. The hotel atmosphere is very pleasant. Some rooms are spacious with balcony. The feeling in this hotel is of tranquility. The view from the sky lounge is amazing. Good breakfast with many choices. All the staff were helpful and kind.

The hotel is located in the middle of Hanoi's tourist Old Quarter and is decorated in French style. For me the hotel had the perfect location. There is nothing negative about the entire hotel! Particularly noteworthy was the incredibly friendly and courteous staff!! I can only warmly recommend this hotel to every visitor to Hanoi and thanks again to the great staff!!

Nice hotel in a perfect location. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, the rooftop bar is great and offers good food. You should not be to hungry, because the portions are small.

I was transferred to this hotel when the one I originally booked closed for Tet. The process was smooth, they made it very easy for me. Na at the front desk went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation. I can’t thank her enough for that! Location is perfect. Quiet yet close enough to the action. The views from the room and the rooftop were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and breakfast. Service was the best, but the hotel is starting to get old

Truly wonderful service, great location, very nice rooms, the best tasting restaurant on rooftop with amazing views. Really happy we stayed here. The employee named Don also helped upgrade our room, book us a train ticket last minute, store our bags, and and check out late. The only minor improvement could be that the gym is limited and had a slightly not working machine. Overall would recommend to everyone.
