We have stayed here several times, and this was the best service we have ever received! Every staff member was friendly and helpful! The location is perfect and the beach butler service is so convenient! We will absolutely be back!!

Hotel itself is in good condition—great location for the area. Had to wait for a while in line to check. What made me mad that both rooms we got were on the 2nd floor, one was facing the roof of their building and another had a huge concrete wall on the balcony so all you see is that. The parcial oacean view we paid for was seen only when you are on the balcony looking to the side. They should offer some kind of incentive for people with the worst view rooms in the hotel. Not acceptable.

Overpriced for the services offered. Made a reservation for ocean view and was given partial view. Staff wasn’t cooperative at all. Noise level was so bad at night that we couldn’t sleep. So disappointed

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The ambiance is incredible. The employees are helpful and personable.
The room was clean. The pool area was clean.
The restaurant and the bars closed at 10:00 pm. That was very inconvenient for me.
The next day while sitting poolside I was told they were offering a full service menu. That was absolutely untrue. They offered a very limited food menu and an even smaller selection of alcohol.

The overall stay was great, but just a heads up valet parking is required at $50 a day and the beach is technically across the street in public not a private beach.
Nonetheless, the environment was great and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms were not up to par, which resulted in three room changes. Most of the day was wasted, and our Mother's Day reservations were canceled. Hotel management did very little to prevent this from happening.
